Before committing a horrifying crime, Danielle Cherakiyah Johnson had been expressing her worries about the eclipse and the apocalypse on social media. Johnson, known as MysticxLipstick, was a well-known astrology influencer with a significant following on X, previously known as Twitter, per ABC

Days before murdering her boyfriend one of her children, and committing suicide, she wrote on the social media platform expressing her thoughts about the eclipse.

Law enforcement sources have stated that the motive behind the murder spree and suicide is still unknown. However, authorities are investigating Johnson’s social media posts and are interviewing her friends and family to gather more information.

Johnson is believed to have fatally stabbed her boyfriend, Jaelen Chaney, 29, in their Woodland Hills, California apartment. Eyewitnesses say her 9-year-old daughter saw the incident. Johnson tried to remove Chaney’s body from the apartment but later dragged it back into the kitchen. She then fled with her two daughters in a dark-colored Porsche Cayenne. While driving on the 405 Freeway, Johnson forcibly pushed her daughter, who was holding her little sister, out of the moving vehicle, resulting in the tragic death of the 8-month-old baby, who fell onto the ground and was struck by a passing car.

Strangers located the kids on the highway and called for aid. Sadly, the baby didn’t survive, but the older sister was taken to the hospital. The remaining child was taken into the care of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

After forcing the kids out of the car, Johnson reportedly drove south to Redondo Beach at high speeds. The vehicle crashed into a tree at an intersection, and she was declared dead at the scene.
