    Halle Berry’s divorce settlement from Oliver Martinez has been finalized after almost eight years.

    The pair, who are co-parents to son Maceo, 9, settled their divorce and custody agreement, according to documents obtained by PEOPLE.

    Part of the ruling indicted that the two will share joint legal custody, with Berry agreeing to pay Martinez $8,000 a month in child support. She will also pay him “4.3% of any income she receives above $2,000,000” in additional support.

    Berry will also shoulder the costs of her son’s private school tuition, uniforms and school supplies, as well as any extracurricular activities. She’s agreed to pay Martinez back for any of these costs from the 2023/2024 school year.

    The Oscar winner and the actor initially filed for divorce in October 2015 after two years of marriage.

    At the time, the pair released a statement to PEOPLE regarding their decision.

    “It is with a heavy heart that we have come to the decision to divorce,” they said in a joint statement to PEOPLE. “We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son. We wish each other nothing but happiness in life and we hope that you respect our and, most importantly, our children’s privacy as we go through this difficult period.”

    On Wednesday, Lizzo’s lawyer Marty Singer shared photos with PEOPLE of plaintiffs Arianna Davis, Crystal Williams and Noelle Rodriguez allegedly “happily cavorting backstage” with performers from Crazy Horse’s topless cabaret show on March 5, 2023 in Paris — after they claimed Lizzo pressured them into attending the performance while on tour in the lawsuit.

    “These images showing the three plaintiffs gleefully reveling backstage after the topless show were taken after their February 2023 visit to Bananenbar in Amsterdam that they complain about in their lawsuit,” wrote Singer in a statement, referencing another club where they claimed to have been pressured to attend and touch nude performers.

    On Wednesday, Armstrong Jr. was also found guilty of the capital murder of his parents, Antonio Armstrong Sr. and Dawn Armstrong, in 2016. A Texas grand jury reportedly heard “more than 40 hours of testimony” from more than “31 witnesses” over the 11-day trial.

    After over ten hours of deliberations, the group reportedly came to their verdict.

    The outlet adds that Armstrong Jr. “showed no emotion” as he was read his fate.

    According to the outlet, Armstrong Jr. allegedly fatally shot his parents while they were asleep in their Houston home on July 29, 2016. At the time, he was 16 years old.

    Additionally, prosecutors allege that Armstrong Jr. placed a pillow over their heads. Then he called 911 to report having heard gunshots.
