A tragic incident occurred at a family-owned car dealership in Texas, resulting in the death of an employee, reports Fort Worth Star-Telegram. According to the Houston Police Department, an argument over pricing turned violent, leading to a fatal shooting. The incident took place on the southeast side of the city at approximately 1:30 p.m. on October 16.
Police shared that two customers became upset about a vehicle transaction and began fighting with the employee. Unfortunately, one of the customers took out a gun and shot the worker, causing his death. The victim was a man in his 20s or 30s and happened to be the son of the dealership’s owner. His parents were present and witnessed the tragic event.
A family member, Rimon Khazen, spoke about the victim’s character, describing him as a kind-hearted individual who had always assisted his father at the dealership, a relative told KPRC. Khazen emphasized that the victim had never shown any aggression or caused harm to anyone.
“He’s been working with his dad since he was young, so he always helped his dad,”
he added.
The customers involved in the incident immediately fled the scene, and authorities are currently searching for them.
