Dissatisfied Passenger Makes Bomb Threat After Missing Flight Leaving Las Vegas

A dissatisfied passenger who missed his flight was apprehended after he alleged that there was a bomb in his luggage. According to the New York Post, the unnamed man was heading to Los Angeles from Las Vegas

The threat was made close to 2 p.m. on Thursday at Las Vegas’ Harry Reid International Airport. Airport officials informed Fox5 Vegas that the man said there might be explosives in his suitcase that was already on the JetBlue flight 879 he missed, which was headed to Los Angeles.

The man was taken into custody and LAX authorities were notified of the possible threat, which went undiscovered.  It’s unclear if the man was charged.
