A Warsaw, Poland man, 22, was arrested after pretending to be a mannequin in an effort to blend in and avoid security at a mall, officials say, according to Insider. The unnamed suspect waited for the mall to close, and he then stole jewelry from the jewelry stand. According to reports, he stood still until he felt it was an appropriate time to move, then went on to walk around the mall.

He was later arrested and charged with theft and burglary after security discovered the suspect.

Additionally, the man has been accused of stealing bar food as well as clothes from a designer clothing store in the mall on another day. He was caught on camera sneaking under the clothing store’s shutter, which was partially opened upon his pursuit, reports the outlet.

He is currently facing up to 10 years behind bars. Officials added that he committed another crime at a different mall, where he waited until after closing hours to take money from cash registers.
