A man from Houston has been charged after murdering his mother when she rejected to give him her vehicle, FOX reports.
30-year-old Miroslav Liliev Mishev was charged with capital murder in connection to the death of his 69-year-old mother, Lilia Misheva. On March 2, the woman was discovered unconscious by first responders in her apartment close to 10:45 a.m. The murder reportedly stemmed from her not allowing Mishev to use her 2015 Honda Civic.
Following the murder, her son left the scene with the vehicle, a wallet, as well as her cellular device. Reports say the woman died of strangulation. The 30-year-old was later arrested during a traffic stop and charged.
