A Gwinnett County woman, Brittany George, has been charged with assault and felony child cruelty, according to reports. The incident occurred after a shopper approached George in a Walmart and pointed out that her children were making excessive noise. Consequently, the two women got into a verbal disagreement, which was captured on the store’s surveillance footage. 

As tensions rose, George flung a box of crayons towards the woman, accidentally striking her son. Additionally, George was alleged to have physically assaulted the unidentified woman. George fled the scene before officials arrived; however, she was apprehended the next day.
