Principal And Gym Teacher Fired After Taking Videos Of Themselves Having Sex In School Bathroom

Two Georgia educators have been fired after an investigation confirmed claims of sexual misconduct on school property, Fox News confirmed.

According to a six-page report released by the Banks County Board of Education, gym teacher Dylan Charles has been in a sexual relationship with the school’s principal, Dr. Dana Simmons for years. The affair, that Dr. Simmons referred to as an “inappropriate friendship,” occurred both on and off campus of Banks County Elementary School.

Initially, Dr. Simmons denied that any sexual misconduct had occurred on school property, but video footage from Charles’ phone did not corroborate with her claims. Charles’ wife, a third grade teacher at the school, would occasionally arrange and film the sex acts between Simmons and her husband. She told investigators that the now former principal “pressured her to allow her to have sex with her husband” in order to advance their careers.

A former attendance clerk later came forward, after learning about the incident, and told investigators that Dr. Simmons had approached her about joining a “group of swingers,” but she declined. Another teacher had allegedly left the school district for similar reasons, noting that the principal’s behavior was “unprofessional.”

“It should have never happened,” said the president of the Georgia Federation of Teachers. “It shows poor judgment, it shows a lack of good character, and it also shows a lack of respect for the taxpayer’s property.”

All three involved are no longer listed as Banks County employees.

Armed Robbery Suspect Taken Into Custody After Slipping and Falling On Ice While Trying To Flee

It looks like a Georgia man’s robbery attempt took a bad turn. 30-year-old Luis Sajbocho-Ordonez is currently facing armed robbery and aggravated assault charges after a robbery went wrong on Christmas morning. Sajbocho-Ordonez tried to rob a business when staff members fought him off causing him to slip on ice and hit his head on the floor, says the Gainesville Police Department, reports the New York Post.

The incident occurred at 1 a.m. on Christmas day, which officials said looked like a scene from the popular Christmas movie Home Alone.

The suspect allegedly hid behind the business and drew a gun out on a staff member who walked out of the establishment. He and the employee then engaged in a physical dispute and Sajbocho-Ordonez went on to fire the gun after another employee walked out of the building and frighten him. The suspect allegedly attempted to escape the scene but slipped on ice and hit his head.

Reports say witnesses were able to retrieve two guns from him until officials got to the scene. Luckily, no one was struck.

“Fortunately, no serious injuries occurred and the perp went to jail,” said the police department.

After Sheriff Refused To Prosecute, DA Files Charges Against Swim Instructor In Drowning Death Of 4-Year-Old Boy

On June 14th, 4-year-old Israel “Izzy” Scott was on his second day of swimming lessons in Waynesboro, Georgia. 10 minutes after his instructor, Lexie Tenhuisen, had seen him, Izzy’s body was found in the bottom of the pool. Despite a nurse attempting CPR, Izzy was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital, Atlanta Black Star reported.

During the lessons, which were held at a private residence, Tenhuisen would not allow parents to be in the swimming area. Many remained in their vehicles as their children participated. It was in her car where Izzy’s mother, Dori Scott, was told about her son’s drowning.

“I’m an emotional rollercoaster,” Dori said in an interview with CBS affiliate News 12. “Some days I’m crying looking at pictures and looking at videos. He was just friendly, very sweet, very smart. He was just starting to learn how to read and write. He just loved adventure. He wasn’t scared of nothing.”

Almost 7 months after Izzy’s passing, Lexie Tenhuisen has finally been charged with involuntary manslaughter, as instructed by Burke County District Attorney’s Jared T. Williams after “months of “dedicated inquiry, investigation, and legal analysis.” Dori Scott celebrated the arrest, stating that her family continues to feel a void in their every day lives. “All three of my kids are different, not having his little, caring energy around is- even our car rides are different,” she explains. “Because everybody feels that void.”
