Two Men Arrested After Officials Discovered 46 Packs Of Stolen Meat In Their Vehicle Including Oxtail, Steak, Shrimp, and More

According to Click2Houston, two men were apprehended and charged after being captured by officials with 46 packages of stolen meat during a traffic stop. According to authorities, the men stole the meat from four different grocery stores in Houston region. 

A Harris County official conducted a traffic stop in the Houston area. During the stop and a further investigation, officials learned that the suspects, Robert Stevenson, 31, and Jacob Trevino, 30, stole over 40 packages of meat, which amounted to over $1,129. Officials in Houston posted several pictures of their discovery online showcasing a huge amount of meat including oxtail, lambchops, steak, and more. 

The men were later apprehended and charged with theft aggregate. The bond was set at $2,500.
