Jourdan Dunn, the model with incredibly gorgeous legs and a high-end demand, has crafted a niche for herself that now stretches over 17 years of hard work and a successful career.

Meet Jourdan Sherise Dunn, born on Aug. 3, 1990. She is a British model with Jamaican, Syrian, and Grenadan descent.

She appeared on runways across countries in early 2007, credited as the first black model to walk during the Prada runway in 2008 after years of models being absent from the runway. Dunn has been a frontrunner for several brand campaigns, including Maybelline and Charlotte Tilbury, and of course, a cover girl for Vogue.

After being discovered in 2006, she later signed with The Squad Management in London, a career that birthed doors of great opportunities for her on the runway.

Dunn spoke about being self-conscious as a teenager as a result of her height and weight. This led to people encouraging her to consider modeling at an early age. However, Dunn wanted to be an actress and never thought modeling was something she would ever be interested in or what a model did.

Dunn has since become a major hot pick and sensation on runways, having walked for the biggest designers in the fashion industry. Dunn’s fame is also attributed to her legs and walk, with the model being very aware of her possession. Dunn practices frequently with very tall heels, walking over 60 shows during the spring 2009 season.
