Chrisean Rock isn’t slowing down on gathering assault lawsuits, as a woman recently accused her of inflicting harm. Before the weekend, Rock was served court papers after a server located her in front of a $ 1.7 million property in Canyon County, California.
Chrisean Rock Slammed With Lawsuit Citing Assault
The content of the lawsuit handed over to Chrisean Rock was filed by Irby Lashala, who accused her of assault. Irby had filed a complaint accusing Rock of causing physical injury while pointing at ZEUS Networks for negligence.
According to Lashala, she was an attendant at Chrisean’s January show. As a fan, the prosecutor felt the need to compliment the Instagram influencer on her choice of outfit and style. Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. A statement from her lawsuit read that after raining praises on Chrisean, she turned to walk away. However, “Suddenly and without warning, [Rock] physically attacked [Irby].”
The aftermath of the incident left Irby with bodily damage and psychological injuries. Thus, she spent money on medical bills. Apart from wanting to prove Chrisean’s guilt, she wants to be compensated, but the amount is unknown.
A few weeks ago, RadarOnline reported that Chrisean was sued by James Wright Chanel, a backup singer for Tamar Braxton. He claimed the accused was triggered because her cue on the stage was to twerk. According to James, he tried to redirect her, but she flared up, leaving him with injuries on his face.
Amid the controversy, Chrisean’s baby daddy, Blueface, is in jail for violating his probation. Since his entry behind bars, she has been very supportive of him while maintaining that their chaotic relationship is unique.
