Colorado Woman Pregnant By Middle Schooler Won’t Receive Jail Time

A 31-year-old woman will not be facing jail time after becoming pregnant by a 13-year-old child in Fountain, Colorado, Fox 19 reported.

In July if 2022, Andrea Serrano was arrested by the Fountain Police Department after having a sexual relationship with an early teen. The child rapist was facing multiple felony charges, including sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust and sexual assault of a child. She has now accepted a plea deal with prosecutors that will lessen her charges and allow her to avoid jail time.

“I feel like my son is robbed of his childhood,” the teenage victim’s mother explains. “Now he’s having to be a father. He’s a victim, and he’s going to have to live with that for the rest of his life.”

The mother of the teen father is outraged at the decision, but is still fighting in court to gain custody of the baby to protect both the newborn and her son. She believes that the victim isn’t receiving justice due to his gender.

“I feel like if she was a man and he was a little girl, it would definitely be different,” the teen’s mother explained. “They would be seeking more. I feel like because he is not a woman, they are not. They are having compassion for her.”

The pedophile will be required to register as a sex offender, with the possibility of the judge sentencing her to 10 years to life on sex offender intensive supervised probation.
