D.L. Hughley is not one to hide the facts, even concerning King’s recent outburst. The actor and comedian who calls things as they are recently weighed in on TI and Tiny’s family spat. He believes King’s outburst at the Atlanta Falcons game was indeed embarrassing.

King and TI At the Atlanta Falcons Game On Sunday

TI and Tiny’s son King joined the family at the hip-hop celebration to mark the team’s 50th anniversary at the Atlanta Falcons’ game. Following his dad’s thrilling performance, the 19-year-old sought to entertain his Instagram fans.

King held the camera in a selfie position while ranting inside his dad’s suite in the Mercedes-Benz stadium. He went on about being a tough guy, and then the questions reeled in. T.I. asked if he had ever had roaches in his ear, and he maintained that he had seen them in the house as a child. But nobody was buying it. T. I and Tiny jointly shut him down. The songstress immediately clarified that her son often left their big home for granny’s. His reason was to have a safe place to suck on his pacifier.

King refused to go down without a fight. He kept on talking and even used derogatory terms on his dad. At some point, Tiny tried to shut him up. However, the only real silence came when T.I. clamped down on his son. The physical altercation caused King to beg.

T.I. and Tiny’s family quarrel has influenced a lot of takes online. While some believe it was outright disrespect, others feel it’s a normal adult meltdown. D.L. Hughley, whom TMZ spoke to on Monday, confirmed that it was an embarrassing situation.

D.L. Hughley Gives His Two Cents

D.L Hughley re-echoed T.I.’s initial sentiment when King was talking. The rapper had told him that the situation was an embarrassment to the family and himself.

Hughley insisted that King was ungrateful and did not experience poverty or trap life as he claimed. The actor called the outburst insulting to T.I. and Tiny’s achievements.

According to him, King, who was born in 2004, witnessed a celebrity lifestyle. This was because the family’s reality TV show The Family Hustle came on a few years later. For the actor, the only roaches he might have seen were “paid actors” crawling in their home space.

The comedian, who has grown kids, could not relate to the disrespect. He proudly shared that his kids would never act that way. In the end, D.L Hughley maintained that King lived in affluence as a child and he would eventually come to his senses.

Amid the backlash from critics, T.I. has brazenly shown support for his own. Despite King’s stunt at the Atlanta Falcons game, he professed his love for the young lad. For him, it is family over everything!
