Diddy’s sexual assault accuser number four has refused to add her name to her court filing. Jane Doe, who maintained that the rapper raped her when she was a teenager, does not want the public to know her. But this does not bother the defendant, who hopes to proceed following the revelation of her identity.

Diddy’s Sexual Assault Accuser Was A Teenager

The only thing revealed about the fourth woman to accuse Diddy of sexual assault is her age. Shockingly, the alleged victim was also the youngest on the list to have allegedly experienced such violence from Diddy.

Recall that Cassie Ventura, Diddy’s ex-lover, was the woman who championed the cause. She affirmed that the rapper raped, drugged, and beat her up. Subsequently, two other women rang in with similar stories, but they were all adults when it happened.

As for the fourth accuser, Diddy, alongside another music exec, Harve Perre, was said to have assaulted her sexually when she was only 17. This occurred in 2003 after he persuaded her to travel to New York following their first meeting in Michigan. Despite staying anonymous, she is seeking an unspecified amount in damages.

Diddy’s Accuser Is Yet To Be Revealed

According to The Jasmine Brand, Diddy’s lawyers want the court to grant the request to allow Jane Doe to reveal her identity. But there has been no ruling yet. The rapper’s legal team have been in a tug-of-war as they refuse to accept the anonymity.

Meghann Cunniff, who represented Cassie during her trial against Diddy, told the public why Jane Doe must remain anonymous. In her words:

“The media attention of this action would undoubtedly create a chilling effect on future plaintiffs in similar circumstances should Ms. Doe be forced to disclose her identity.”

She added:

“On December 9, 2023, counsel for Defendants indicated that Defendants do not consent to Plaintiff’s motion to proceed anonymously.”

Amid the back and forth, Diddy has been insistent on his innocence. When a photo of him and the then 17-year-old was made public, he immediately denied claims of rape, adding that it was all to dent his image. While Diddy is on a quest to show the world the truth, his lawyers do not want anything or anyone to remain anonymous.
