Sean Diddy Combs’ sexual assault accuser has refused to disclose her identity since coming forward with the accusations. She ranks as number three on the list of the women who pointed accusing fingers at Diddy for abuse, rape, and drugs. While she prefers being anonymous, her accuser wants her identity revealed.

Diddy Wants The Court To Strip Off The Identity Coverage From His Sexual Assault Accuser

RadarOnline reports Jane Doe’s latest filing. In December 2023, she appealed to the court to remain an enigma to the outside world. She emphasized that Diddy wants to “publicly malign” her, so he would request otherwise.

The rapper responded by filing a suit requiring the court to strike out her anonymity. According to Diddy, the sexual assault accuser possessed a “public-facing identity.”

Expectantly, Jane Doe punched holes in Diddy’s stance, adding that he failed to prove the importance of adding her name. The court doc. read:

“Piggybacking on their plan to use [Doe’s] status as a victim of totally unrelated wrongdoing to drag her through the mud in this case, Defendants suggest that if [Doe] name is publicly disclosed, relevant witnesses might start coming out of the woodwork with testimony and evidence that would “shatter her claims.” This is nothing more than a speculative pipedream that is highly unlikely to materialize.”

Diddy’s Sexual Accuser With Undisclosed Identity Levies Heavy Claims On Him

Before the year ended, Diddy was in a hot seat as alleged errors of his past began to catch up with him. After his ex-lover Cassie Ventura accused him of rape, drugging, and beating her up, about three other women came forward with accusations.

Woman number three, aka Jane Doe, claimed that she was a minor when she encountered Diddy and his associates. In her lawsuit, the rapper, Harve Pierre, and another man raped her in turns. This was after they flew to meet the rapper at his home. During the entire procedure, she could do little to fight back as the men gave her drugs and alcohol.

The court has yet to grant Diddy nor Jane Doe any judgment regarding anonymity. Meanwhile, the rapper focuses solely on clearing his name from the mess.
