Donnell Rawlings gets brutally candid with Shannon Sharpe with whom he discussed his love for younger women. The comedian spills details of his romance with ex-lover Stephanie George for the first time. This relationship shocked the entertainment industry due to the age difference. Now, the comedian is expressing why it went on irrespective of what the public thought.

Donnell Rawlings And Stephanie George’s Romance

The standup comedian managed to keep his romance away from the eagle-eyed public for some time. Per Netflixlife, the exact timing of his relationship with George remains unconfirmed. However, once the covers got blown, critics did not stop questioning their decision to be together. It wasn’t all that shocking because the comedian had opted for a woman who was 23 years his junior. This means he could literally date her mom— as Sharpe would go on to imply in a recent interview.

As for the couple at the time, their age was nothing but numbers. What mattered was how they felt for each other, and they did cement their bond by birthing a son, Austen. But rumor has it that it all came to a halt last year. This claim paints them as good friends. Amid the alleged overturn in their relationship, the duo has remained committed to co-parenting their only child. This has made some tout that the former “Bad Girls Club” cast member was married to the comedian. While this has been nothing but rumors, Rawlings has given off fresh and confirmed details of their romance.

Donnell Rawlings Says He Loves Younger Women

Shannon Sharpe did what he knew best— grill his guests. Expectedly, Rawlings’ time in his “Club Shay Shay” production came with new details about the comedian. The host began by asking why he felt comfortable dating a 23-year-old woman when he was 46.

Rawlings clarified that love was at play while firmly expressing that he didn’t groom the TV personality. When asked why he didn’t date George’s mom, he responded playfully by repeating the question while he appeared to be in deep thought. The comedian then raved on about liking younger women because, according to Rawlings, it would be harder for a woman his age to be pregnant.

Despite their rumored breakup, Rawlings spoke highly of the onscreen personality, claiming she made him feel special.

In his words:

“I was going through a transition in my life and I’d somebody made me feel good about myself that I knew in the future I was going to have a beautiful son…there was a part of my life where someone gave me a certain energy that I needed.”

Aside from not being a bitter ex who still appreciates the love he once shared with the mother of his kids, Rawlings has racked up the portfolio. He made quite the splash as a comedian on the “Chappelle’s Show,” has a few acting credits, and owns a podcast show.
