Stephen Harper, who accused Dwight Howard of sexual assault, had a text exchange with the former NBA star. He presented it to the court, emphasizing that they had an ongoing sexual relationship before the athlete lured him to be assaulted.

Dwight Howard’s Assault Accuser Harper Claims He Was Exploited

A few months ago, Harper smacked Dwight Howard with a lawsuit, accusing him of sexual assault after an arrangement. The alleged victim claimed he was coerced into having sex with a third party, which caused him emotional turmoil. On top of that, Harper was imprisoned against his will and battered just to cooperate.

Though Radar Online claims that Howard’s accuser came into the picture in 2021 after meeting the basketball star. Sparks soon began to fly between the duo, and they agreed to a rendezvous in Howard’s home.

In the court documents, things got intense between the men quickly, but it was interrupted after Howard brought in a third party. At first, Harper believed the intruder was a woman. But realized it was a man dressed as a woman who identified himself as “kitty.”

Dwight Howard’s Alleged Sexual Texts In Court

Howard has never denied the text exchange, but he maintains his innocence in the matter. He rebutted Harper’s sexual assault allegations, adding that he was in the know. In fact, in his response to the lawsuit,

Howard’s lawyer stated:

“The three agreed to touch one another and to engage in consensual sexual activity.”

The new weight of evidence thrown in by Howard’s sexual assault accuser proved that the pair had a mutual understanding before Harper left his place for Howard’s. They even had sexual texts where Howard clarified that he was into freaky things; he also asked for photos and sent raunchy emojis.

However, Harper explained that he was not gay but was down for the experience. Nothing of a third party was mentioned in the text, and the case is still ongoing for now. While Harper seeks justice, Howard wants it thrown out of court.
