According to reports by Deadline, filmmaker Noah Baumbach is teaming up with stars George Clooney and Adam Sandler for a new project on Netflix. Baumbach will have a big role in the second act of this coming-of-age film, appearing as one of the main characters, blending humor and emotion.
Alongside the main cast of Dern, Crudup, and Keough, other actors such as Cate Blanchett, Tom Holland, and Tilda Swinton are also part of this talented team. However, award-winning filmmaker Baumbach, best known for his critically acclaimed films
‘Marriage Story’ (2009)
and
‘The Meyerowitz Stories’ (2017)
, is making headlines because he is co-writing this film with talented actor Emily Mortimer, along with Pascal and Heyman, both popular film producers.
George Clooney, who has been in the industry for over 30 years and has won an Academy Award, can currently be seen in
“Ticket to Paradise”
and
“The Midnight Sky,”
which he also directed. The versatile and hilarious Adam Sandler has dared to explore the dramatic side of acting with works like
“Uncut Gems”
and
“Punch-Drunk Love.”
Although we haven’t seen Adam and George on the same screen yet, they share a special bond, as revealed by Sandler recently on Ellen DeGeneres’ show, while narrating the lovely evening he spent with George.
Noah Baumbach’s next film will star George Clooney, Adam Sandler, Laura Dern, Billy Crudup and Riley Keough.
