She may not want to reveal her real name, but Jane Doe cuts it for her, says Jamie Foxx’s accuser. The woman who has levied sexual assault charges on the Back in Action actor fears that she has suffered enough already.

Jamie Foxx’s Sexual Assault Case

Days after the New York Law regarding assault victims was to expire, Jane Doe accused Jamie Foxx of sexual assault. In her court filing, she and a friend met the actor in a rooftop lounge. At first, they were starstruck, and the friend asked for a photo.

In the course of getting familiar and complementing the accuser, Jamie Foxx slipped his hands into her clothes. He touched her inappropriately, and none of his team could save her. Fortunately, after her friend witnessed the whole thing, the actor stopped.

Jamie Foxx’s Accuser Would Prefer The Name Jane Doe

Radar Online first reported that the woman moved a motion on Friday, days after filing the assault lawsuit. In the court papers, she asked the judge to bless her with public anonymity. This would mean that Jane Doe’s reasons were simple. First, she referenced the trauma experienced as a victim of sexual assault.

Then, Jamie Foxx’s accuser mentioned that the celebrity’s status was a stumbling block.
She shared:

“I do not desire to publicly disclose my identity as a victim of sexual assault because the matter is highly sensitive, and I have already experienced significant shock, shame, and embarrassment for my disclosure due to the prominence and celebrity status of the Defendants.”

Jamie Foxx’s accuser realized the intensity of the case after it headlined numerous media outlets immediately after filing.

And having the courage to speak about it after many years, Jane Doe prefers privacy. According to her, she does not want the stigma associated with sexual abuse victims.

Speaking of privacy, following the sexual assault lawsuit, Jamie Foxx has been as quiet as can be. The only time there was word from his camp, a rep called the accusations a lie. The person mentioned that the claims were made up and had been dismissed by a court before.

According to the Insider, “In 2020, this individual filed a nearly identical lawsuit in Brooklyn. That case was dismissed shortly thereafter.”

Other men who appear to be facing similar lawsuits include Diddy Sean Combs. However, Combs has settled out of court with his ex-lover Cassie Ventura, who brought forth the first sexual assault case against him.
