Jonathan Majors was up the victory alley with Marvel Cinematic Studios, but that hope is now on a thin thread following assault charges against him. There is a possibility that he would not be continuing his Marvel villain walk following his possible prison sentence.

Jonathan Majors’ Assault Charges

Jonathan Majors had thrilled movie fanatics with his time on Creed III and went on to appear on Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania. He already padded his resume with his villain characters in both, but life had a different narrative.

In March, he became a true-life villain to some following his arrest. Assault charges against Jonathan Majors were gathered that he was physically violent with his lover. This happened in New York, and the alleged victim maintained she was assaulted.

Reportedly, the victim, later identified as Grace Jabbari, sustained bruises on her body.
Meanwhile, Majors claimed he was innocent, and till this day, he points accusing fingers at Jabbari. Consequently, the controversy has cost him his entire career.

Even before he was declared guilty— he still awaits trial, he was decked with the cancel culture. Notable brands dissociated from him, and former deals were dropped. Majors lost two film projects and an advertisement gig. His management even backed off.

On November 29, 2023, Majors will face the court, where he will be declared guilty or acquitted. But sadly, for now, Jonathan Majors might lose deals with the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU).

Jonathan Majors Dropped From Marvel

PEOPLE say it is not sure news yet, but there is a possibility of a drop. The actor who played Kang the Conqueror was to star in the Avengers 5.0 film. But sources confirmed that there is tension— the studio held a meeting recently to decide his case.

Rumor has it that Marvel plans to switch the spotlight to Dr.Doom. This means in the future, Majors might be related to another Marvel project. But for now, clearing his name might make the actor appealing to the studios.
