Even though Kenya Moore and her former beau, Marc Daly, have reached an agreement previously, they still butt heads concerning child support and custody of their only child, Brooklyn.

Kenya Moore & Marc Daly’s Divorce Drama

The divorce drama between exes Kenya Moore and Marc Daly has been ongoing since 2021. Their marriage hit the rocks in 2019 when they separated. Failure to reconcile led to them going their separate ways.

Before ending things officially, the Bravo star looked to having their daughter to herself. So she filed for sole custody. Consequently, the exes reached an understanding, which seemed favourable at the time. Moore was to have Brooklyn most of the time, while Daly was allowed to visit.

On top of that, both parents agreed to have equal rights to make decisions in their child’s life. Daly did not take long to raise his brows against Brooklyn joining the Real Housewives cast. He didn’t want his young daughter near the drama.

Unfortunately for Daly, it did not go as planned. The judge ruled against him while clearly maintaining that Brooklyn was not in harm’s way. However, the rule retained the joint decision-making process. It read:

“Kenya] shall notify [Marc] of any opportunity where the minor child will appear on camera and shall advise [Marc] of the content of the appearance; the minor child will only be involved in opportunities that are age-appropriate.”

Once the chaos died down, Moore looked to extract child support from her child’s father. But this was met with defiance from Daly, who asked for his share of the Georgia home purchased before their marriage.

More recently, Daly slammed another lawsuit against his ex-wife. Details gathered by Radar Online showed that he wanted a proposed permanent parenting plan. This followed with a proposed child support addendum.

Apart from agreeing to his ex-wife having primary custody of their daughter, Daly wants to set the amount he would pay for child support. In the court documents, he proposed $521 monthly. His reason is that he earns way less than Moore. While his earnings are pegged at $5,000, the Bravo star reportedly gets $50,000 every month — both salaries are before tax removal.
