Reports by WarnerBros, After a heated bidding war, Warner Bros secured the rights to the latest collaboration from writer-director-producer Ryan Coogler. The studio head of motion pictures, Michael De Luca, confirmed the news of the deal based on an original script by Coogler.

Details of the plot are being kept under wraps, but it has been described as an original film genre. The pair have a rich and storied history together, with critically acclaimed movies and commercial blockbusters. Production has been penciled in to start in April. This will be Coogler’s first time behind the camera since 2022’s
