Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard is being sued by an anonymous woman who claims he secretly filmed their sexual encounters and shared the videos with others. The lawsuit, which was filed in Miami-Dade County court, does not specify what damages the woman is seeking.
The woman’s allegations are the latest in a string of legal troubles for Howard. In January, he was arrested on charges of domestic violence and aggravated battery. He was later released on bond.
In April, a woman was arrested after she allegedly smashed up Howard’s Bentley with a baseball bat. She was later charged with criminal mischief and released on bond.
It is unclear whether the two incidents are related. Howard has not yet responded to the lawsuit.
