Rich The Kid’s default judgment found him guilty of a hush money case presented by Jane Doe. The artist, who allegedly tried to silence a woman, refused to acknowledge her lawsuit.

Rich The Kid Signed Up For Hush Money With Jane Doe

A woman who prefers to stay anonymous took Rich The Kid to court over his hush money arrangement. In the lawsuit, she claimed that they met after his Boston concert in January 2023. Their rendezvous took place in an event scheduled in a private hotel. The duo then became intimate, but she respected Rich’s request not to use a condom.

Despite their agreement, Jane Doe revealed that the rapper expelled force to prevent her from leaving the hotel. He grabbed and tailed her to her Uber. Together, they went to her home and had another round of sex.

To prove to the court that she was being honest, the prosecutor shared evidence of a photo highlighting Rich The Kid’s visit. It displayed his image on her home ring camera.

Consequently, their sex resulted in an unwanted pregnancy for them. Neither party wanted to keep the child. However, Jane maintained that Rich The Kid entered into an agreement involving hush money afterward.

According to the Docs, per Radar Online:

“Desperate to keep his sexual encounters with Doe a secret from Brixx, in addition to having Doe (1) forgo a claim for assault and battery and to (2) forgo Doe’s contemplation of taking her pregnancy to full term, RTK and Doe entered into a Settlement Agreement executed on March 29-30, 2023, which provided for financial payments to Doe by RTK.”

Jane Doe Is Happy With The Default Judgment

A Massachusetts court ruled in favor of Jane, and her lawyer claimed that they were fulfilled with the judgment. The ruling from the court is aimed at digging out $45k from the Plug Walk crooner.

The accused has not released a public statement concerning the ruling. According to the complaint:

“Jane Doe is pleased with the judgment. We will begin the collection process. Rich the Kid failed to comply with the Settlement Agreement and this is the natural result of his actions.”

In the initial settlement arrangement, Rich The Kid owed $25k after disbursing payment two times. All Jane wanted was to get the remainder, but the court’s default judgment topped it with another $20k.
