According to the Caribbean Journal, this festival will include unlimited fun in various phases. The kick-off date for this year’s St. Barth’s Rum Festival is pegged at October 31 to November 5.
It is no news that St. Barth is the Hollywood of The Caribbean. This luxury island, a getaway site for many celebrities and British royals, has whipped up an indigenous celebration, including showing off strength from the different rum brands.
Apart from being the perfect vacation spot for centuries, it has provided the world’s most unique rums. Expectedly, the festival includes the Caribbean Rum Awards, which is running for the sixth year.
This event will schedule most of its activities at the Rhum Room St Barth, owned by Christopher Davis. The Rhum Room has been the custodian of extraordinary Caribbean rums for years. It is said to house the largest rum collection, and there is always room for rum lovers who troop into the place from different world destinations.
Make no mistake, there will be a lot more than just drinking rum in the Rhum Room. Visitors will be treated to food-pairing dinners and, of course, rum parties hosted on the rooftop. At the end of the day, a group of panelists tagged the jury will select the rums with the most unique taste to give them the nod.
