Woman Arrested For Reportedly Kidnapping Neighbor’s 2-Year-Old, and Locking Herself Inside Her Apartment With The Child

Authorities have reported that a Florida woman, identified as Kim Keeling, is facing charges of kidnapping and interference with custody of a child, per Fox News

According to the Okaloosa County Sheriff’s Office, the incident unfolded on Friday around 11:20 a.m. when Keeling allegedly took her neighbor’s two-year-old child and locked herself and the child inside her apartment, refusing to release the child to the rightful parent. The child’s mother, desperate to reach her daughter, broke a window in an attempt to gain access.

Law enforcement was called to the scene, and despite their demands, Keeling refused to comply. Concerned for the child’s safety, a deputy climbed through the broken window and found Keeling in her living room, holding the child and a rolling pin. Keeling was arrested for the kidnapping and is currently being held without bond at the Okaloosa County Jail.

Fortunately, the child was unharmed during the incident, as confirmed by the sheriff’s office. Keeling told deputies that she had taken the toddler from its mother to protect them from falling down the outdoor stairs.

FBI Employee Kidnapped At Gunpoint and Taken Hostage In South Dakota By Group

Two individuals have been found guilty of committing a carjacking after they allegedly abducted an FBI employee at gunpoint and held him captive, according to The Kansas City Star

The incident took place on May 5, 2022, when Juan Francisco Alvarez-Sorto, 25, Deyvin Morales 29, and Karla Alejandra Lopez-Gutierrez were reportedly traveling from Colorado to South Dakota to allegedly sell drugs. Law enforcement authorities intervened, resulting in a high-speed pursuit.

While trying to avoid getting caught, the three individuals decided to forcefully take the nearest vehicle they found. By chance, the vehicle happened to be driven by an FBI employee. When they approached the agent from behind with a rifle, the employee cooperated with their demands.

“They told the employee to cooperate and he would be safe, but if he did not, the group would come after his family and that they knew where he lived,”

    officials said.

During their escape, the trio stopped at a gas station in Hermosa. One of them went inside while the others remained in the vehicle. They returned with zip ties and a gas can and then drove up to a gas pump. However, the employee managed to escape when the doors were briefly unlocked.

The three fled in a stolen vehicle to Rapid City, where they ditched it and found another. Two of them were eventually arrested in Colorado. In 2022, all three were indicted by a grand jury. One took a plea deal, while the other two went to trial and were found guilty of multiple charges. Sentencing is pending.

A school bus driver from Long Island has been charged with kidnapping and sexually assaulting a 15-year-old student, per the NY Post. The assaults are said to have occurred multiple times this year, both at the driver’s apartment in Queens and on the school bus.

The accused, Giovanny Campos, 50, pleaded not guilty to charges including kidnapping, rape, criminal sex acts, and reckless endangerment. The Nassau County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that the assaults took place from January to July. Campos was arrested by the Nassau County Police Special Victims Squad on September 28 at his residence.

“The defendant raped the child multiple times, including in a parking lot while still on the bus. The defendant also transported the teenager to his apartment in Jamaica, Queens, to engage in sexual acts with her,”

    officials said.

According to officials, Giovanny Guzman worked for the Cheese Bus Co., which is based in Jamaica. In a statement to News 12 Long Island, Ezra Law, the legal firm representing the company, confirmed that Campos is no longer employed by Cheese Bus, Inc.

“The instant our office was made aware of the District Attorney’s allegations, we removed the individual in question from all bus routes and from any contact with our passengers as we are committed to maintaining safety and security within our community,”

    it said.

“The individual was suspended indefinitely and terminated shortly thereafter,”

    the statement added.

Campos could potentially face a 25-year prison sentence if convicted. His bail has been set at $150,000 in cash, $300,000 in bond, and a partially secured bond of $1.25 million. He is scheduled to appear in court again on December 12th.

  • Mother and Son Charged With The Alleged Rape and Abortion Of 15-Year-Old Girl, Victim Claims It Was Consensual

Mother and Son Charged With The Alleged Rape and Abortion Of 15-Year-Old Girl, Victim Claims It Was Consensual

An 18-year-old boy and his mother from Idaho have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping and raping a 15-year-old girl, reports the NY Post. The girl was taken across state lines to receive an abortion without her parents’ consent.

Kadyn Swainston is facing charges of kidnapping, rape, and producing sexually explicit material involving a child, while his mother, Rachael Swainston, 42, is facing charges of kidnapping, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl and psychedelic mushrooms, and harboring a wanted felon.

The investigation began when the girl’s mother reported the incident to the police. However, during a later interview at the child advocacy center,  the girl claimed that her relationship with Kadyn was consensual and that they had been having sex since he was 17. She revealed that Kadyn wanted her to terminate the pregnancy and threatened to break up with her and withhold child support. Rachael Swainston rented a car and accompanied the couple to an Oregon clinic, where the abortion was performed.

Although Idaho has a law prohibiting adults from helping minors obtain abortions without parental consent, neither Kadyn nor his mother have been charged under this law. Phone records and evidence found on the girl’s phone confirmed the trip to Oregon, and both Kadyn and Rachael admitted to their involvement, although Rachael claimed it was a collective decision.

Law enforcement officers carried out a search warrant to their home and discovered methamphetamine in Rachael’s bedroom. A man staying in their storage shed was also arrested on a felony warrant related to meth trafficking.

The mother and son are scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing, and if convicted, Rachael could face meth trafficking charges while Kadyn faces rape charges, both carrying potential life sentences.

Source Claims Cher’s Desperation To Help Son Elijah Led To Alleged Hiring Of 4 Men For His ‘Kidnapping’, Says ‘Her Fear Was Unbearable’

In a recent incident, Cher faced accusations of masterminding the abduction of her 47-year-old son, Elijah Blue Allman, last November, per OK Magaizine

Elijah, who is also a musician, was residing in a hotel in New York, seeking to mend fences with his estranged wife, Mariangela King, while reportedly grappling with substance abuse problems. An insider suggested that Cher resorted to hiring individuals out of a deep sense of desperation and love for her son, who was going through difficult times.

“Cher thought Elijah’s wife was a bad influence who was steering Elijah down a dangerous path,”

the source revealed to a news outlet.

“She was desperate to help her son, so she did what she had to do.”

The source continued to explain that the

    “Believe”

singer wouldn’t label the incident as a straightforward case of

    “kidnapping,”

    exactly.

    “That’s an exaggeration,”

    they noted.

“But she was terrified that her son might die if she didn’t get him out of there.”

    They added

“Cher loves her son. Though he was a difficult kid and probably hated her at times, she did her best and took care of him financially,”

the source revealed about the 47-year-old individual who started experimenting with illegal substances like marijuana and ecstasy at the young age of 11.

“Elijah worries Cher sick, but she’d never abandon him.”

The initial report of the alleged abduction surfaced through a statement made by Mariangela to the court, as she sought to delay a divorce hearing. According to her account, on their wedding anniversary, a group of four individuals entered their hotel room and took Elijah away forcefully.

“I was told by one of the four men who took him that they were hired by (Elijah’s) mother,”

    Mariangela’s court statement continued.

“I am currently unaware of my husband’s well-being or whereabouts.”
