    Serial Groper Arrested After Touching Another Woman On American Airlines, He’s Now Banned From The Airline

    A 55-year-old Texas man, Cherian Abraham, was apprehended for allegedly groping a woman on an American Airlines headed to Seattle. This incident, which occurred on March 18, follows previous accusations against him, where he reportedly groped two other woman’s breast on a previous flight. The New York Post reported that the airline has banned Abraham. 

    About two hours into the flight from Chicago, the man allegedly touched an unnamed woman’s breast. He claimed it was accidental while reaching for his bag; however, the victim said he touched her again shortly after, trying to reach her nipple.

    Five minutes later, Abraham poked the woman under her arm, angering her after his repeated actions. She asked, “Why are you touching me?” While she confronted him, he silently grabbed his backpack and put it on his lap, which seemed odd to a bystander, which they informed officials. 

    A flight attendant confirmed that the victim requested a seat change, saying Abraham was “molesting” her. When questioned, he denied touching her until he was told about a potential witness who saw his actions. Despite past incidents and complaints, he claimed he had never been accused of groping a woman before.

    On Oct. 9 the year before, another woman reported to Minneapolis Airport officials that the man touched her leg three times before she told him to stop. He denied the claims of all the women, who felt “violated.” He was apprehended on charges of abusive sexual conduct.

    Homeless Man Fatally Hit By Train In Manhattan Subway Station

    On Wednesday afternoon, an allegedly homeless man in his 30s died after being struck by a northbound E train at the Fifth Avenue-53rd Street subway station in Manhattan. A conductor saw him on the tracks moments before the shocking encounter. Medics pronounced him dead shortly after, per the New York Post. 

    An MTA staffer told the news outlet, “He was a homeless man,” adding, “Do you think we want to see this?”

    The identity of the man has yet to be released, and officials suspect no foul play.

    A 13-year-old girl from Ohio, Keimani Latigue, was found dead and mutilated in an abandoned, burnt-out house six days after her family reported her missing. Her father, made an appeared on TV to look for aid in finding her, was arrested the next day. Officials described the case as one of the most horrific they had encountered, according to the New York Post. 

    Keimani, who was about to celebrate her 14th birthday, was sadly discovered in an empty residence with severe injuries, including her hands cut off and her neck nearly severed. Authorities confirmed she had been raped. An autopsy revealed she died from multiple cuts to her neck. While her family sought help in finding her, her father, Darnell Jones, appeared on local news, mentioning the last communication he had with her was when she told him that she was scared to be home by herself. 

    He claimed to have driven to the house at approximately 12:30 a.m, saying, “It seemed like somebody was trying to break into the house.” 

    What Transpired?

    The young girl resided with her grandmother, Dorothy Latigue; however, her grandmother was not home when she went missing. Her mother, Tiara Kasten, stated that she last saw Keimani on March 15, when her father brought her to her home. 

    When the grandmother returned home, she found the place messy, with the teen’s clothes scattered and the stove still on. Keimani’s keys and glasses were there, which she needed to see. After the father provided unclear information to the officials about Keimani’s location, they issued a warrant for his arrest. The next day, her body was located, leading to murder charges against him. No motive has been reported.

    Jones was found in Columbus, two hours south of Toledo, during a SWAT operation and was shot. Police reported he had a firearm, but it’s unclear if he fired at officers. He was hospitalized for surgery, and a vehicle officials believe to be “connected to the case” was seized.

    Mother Arrested After Reportedly Stabbing 11-Year-Old Son To Death After 3-Day Disneyland Trip

    A mother has been accused of killing her 11-year-old son following a three-day trip to Disneyland. 48-year-old Saritha Ramaraju, faces murder charges and a deadly weapon charge. If found guilty, she could receive a sentence of 26 years to life behind bars. 

    On March 19, at around 9:10 a.m., Saritha called the Santa Ana Police to say she had stabbed her 11-year-old son, Yatin Ramaraju, in their hotel room at the #LaQuintaInn. When officials arrived, they discovered the boy on the bed with severe injuries and #Disneyland souvenirs nearby. A large kitchen knife, which Saritha had bought the day before, was also discovered at the scene. Saritha was later apprehended and charged with murder.

    The O.C. District attorney Todd Spitzer said, “It appeared the boy had been dead for several hours before his mother called 911.” 

    Saritha was taken to the hospital after telling 911 she had swallowed an unidentified substance, likely pills for self-harm. After being discharged, she was placed in Santa Ana jail. She reportedly killed Yatin after a Disneyland trip during a custody visit. Saritha and Yatin’s father divorced back in 2018 and she moved away. She was meant to return Yatin to his father on Wednesday.

    Spitzer said, “The life of a child should not hang in the balance between two parents whose anger for each other outweighs their love for their child.” 

    He added, “Anger can make you forget who you love and what you are responsible for doing. The safest place for a child should be in their parents’ arms. Instead of wrapping her arms around her son in love, she slit his throat and in the cruelest twist of fate removed him from the very world she brought him into.”

    11-Year-Old Boy Charged After Being Accused Of Fatally Attacking Dog

    In Mississippi, an 11-year-old boy has been charged with fatally beating a small dog while it was leashed in its owner’s home. Officials in Petal responded to a report of the incident on March 17 and discovered the dog dead, reports PEOPLE. 

    Authorities reviewed a video from a concerned bystander that reportedly showed the boy hitting the dog. This helped them identify the 11-year-old suspect, who was nearby when they arrived. He was visiting his grandmother during the attack and does not reside in the neighborhood. 

    The dog’s name was ‘Chico,’ the dog owner Timber Roberts, penned in a Facebook post. “He couldnt defend himself or go anwhere to get away from this physco kid that beat him,” he said. 

    He noted that the dog was just 3 lbs and said his sister isn’t the same following the attack on the dog. 

    He continued, “My family and I are very sad and miss him so much.. No animal deserves to pass this way.”

    The unnamed boy has been released from custody, according to Klem. His grandmother faces charges but hasn’t been arrested and must appear in court. The 11-year-old is charged with animal cruelty, while his grandmother is charged with neglect.

    Parents Arrested For Shooting Father In The Chest After He Attempted To End His Daughter’s Relationship With Their Son, Said She’s ‘Too Young’ To Date

    A discussion between parents of Texas teens turned violent when a father was shot in the chest following a disagreement. Officials reported that 39-year-old Luther and Angelica Madison, the boy’s parents, became enraged when the girl’s dad said she was “too young” to date, reports the New York Post. 

    The unnamed victim and his wife reportedly asked the Madisons for aid in keeping their son away from their daughter during a meeting on March 17 in #Hockley. Their children’s ages haven’t been disclosed. 

    When the father expressed his concerns, the Madisons reportedly became very angry, leading to a physical altercation. Officials say Angelica Madison had a firearm, which she gave to her husband when the fight began to become out of control. Luther Madison II then reportedly shot the father and threatened his wife. 

    The victim was flown to the hospital after the incident; however, his condition is unclear. The Madison’s were apprehended and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. They have been released on bond and will return to court on May 20.

    A well-liked yoga teacher from Arizona, 45-year-old Marcus Freiberger has unfortunately been missing for nearly a month after going to meet a blind date on Feb. 21 in Phoenix. His loved ones are worried and seeking answers. His father described him as “handsome” and “ambitious.” He suspects foul play, especially since Marcus’s dog, Thomas, was left alone for days, reports the New York Post. 

    “There’s no reason for him to disappear … Even if he did decide to go somewhere, he would’ve at least called his friend to take Thomas. That makes me really think there’s something more going on here, foul play of some sort,” said Dutch Freiberger, the missing man’s father. 

    The 45-year-old recently got a job at a local yoga studio and quickly became a star with clients. His friend mentioned that he was between apartments when he went missing and had previously faced challenges with drug use and financial problems.

    The concerned father stated his son was doing well, had many friends, and had no reason to disappear voluntarily and randomly.

    Dutch said, “Typically, Marcus would call his mom … He loves to FaceTime, and he’d call her a couple or three days apart. Then all of a sudden the calls stopped coming in.”

    Man Arrested After Being Arrested Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Woman While Drinking Beer In Church Parking Lot

    A man has been charged with sexually assaulting a woman after they drank beer together in a church parking lot in Abilene. Valente Erik Cano was indicted for Aggravated Sexual Assault. According to court records, the victim reported the incident to officials after being treated at Hendrick Medical Center back in July 2024, stating that Cano approached her and offered her beer, per KTAB. 

    After buying beer at a local store, Cano went to a church parking lot with the victim. About 45 minutes later, he allegedly assaulted her, raped her, and took her money and phone. 

    Surveillance footage captured Cano buying the beer, and church administrators discovered it in the lot. The victim provided DNA evidence matching Cano, who is now in jail with a $60,000 bond.

    It looks like a 20-year-old Orthodox Jewish passenger from #NewJersey, Yisroel Liebb, is suing United Airlines after he claims a pilot forcibly removed from the restroom during a flight and had him arrested. The 20-year-old was traveling from Mexico to Texas when he went to the bathroom. His seatmate, Jacob Sebbag, expressed concern to the crew after Liebb failed to return for 20 minutes, per the lawsuit. Liebb informed the attendant that he was constipated and would leave the restroom soon. Yet, after ten minutes, the pilot insisted he leave immediately, per the New York Post. 

    The lawsuit claimed the pilot angrily forced open the bathroom door and pulled Liebb out, exposing his private area to passengers. As Liebb attempted to pull up his pants, the pilot reportedly threatened to get him and his seat mate locked up, and made offensive remarks toward Jews.

    After landing, five U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents apprehended Sebbag and Liebb, taking them to a detention facility in the terminal. The lawsuit claims that the agents handcuffed Liebb so tightly that he cried out in pain.

    The pair were eventually released without charges; however, they missed their connecting flight to #NewYork while detained. Although they were rebooked for free the next day, they had to dish out extra money for food and a hotel. They both claimed wrist pain while the 20-year-old suffered from other injuries from the plane incident. They’re seek damages and attorney fees, according to the lawsuit. The airline has no comment on the case.

    Texas Janitor Who Spread Serious STDs After Peeing In Staffer’s Water Bottle Gets Light Sentence

    A janitor in Texas, 52-year-old Lucio Catarino Diaz, was sentenced to only six years behind bars for infecting over 13 office workers with herpes and hepatitis-A by urinating in their water bottles and a cooler at a #Houston medical facility in 2022, reports the New York Post. 

    The janitor was recorded committing the disturbing act and pleaded guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He can apply for parole after serving three years, as he has already spent two years behind bars. Reports noted that he won’t need to register as a sex offender. 

    The incident started when a victim noticed her water tasted spoiled, had an unusual smell, and looked yellowish, which led her to suspect someone had tampered with it. He was apprehended in Oct. 2022. 

    The Victim Speaks

    The unidentified victim told KHOU back in Nov. 2022, “I felt disgusted… I raised it to my face, smelled it, and it smelled like urine.” 

    This raised concerns, leading her to place a concealed camera on her desk. The camera caught Diaz putting his private part in her water bottle after she left work for the day. 

    She revealed, “[He] just picked it up, removed the cap, and proceeded to put his penis halfway into the bottle. Then he tilted it up so that his penis was surrounded by the water.” 

    After being questioned by officials, Diaz admitted to the act, saying, he had “malicious intent,” court documents say. 

    Other woman who used a shared water cooler or personal bottles tainted by Diaz later tested positive for serious STDs that can lead to several health issues. Some victims from Westmont medical building have filed a lawsuit against Diaz and as well as his employer for over $1 million.
