Woman Assaulted After Confronting Group For Jumping Over Pool Fence

According to Samantha Milbee, her Memorial Day was going great as she spent time with loved ones at the pool. However, things took a violent turn when a group of individuals trespassed by hopping over the pool’s fence, reports KFOR News.

“Gives me goosebumps just thinking about how disgusting that was,”

    said Milbee.

“My neighbors said that there were about nine teenagers, two adults. They were stomping on my head, my face. They were kicking me.”

Milbee explained to KFOR that the management of Meadow Townhomes in Norman has been strict about enforcing the pool rules. When she noticed a group of people jumping the fence without the required wristbands, she decided to speak out.

“I just was like, ‘man, can y’all not climb our fence’,”

    said Milbee.

“There was no attitude with it.”

Suddenly, Milbee was punched in the face.

“They threw her on the pavement and started stomping on her head,”

    said Derrick John, Milbee’s son.

    “I was scared,”

    said John.

“I was almost like not paralyzed but I didn’t know what to do.”

Arrest warrants are out for two minors and a 39-year-old named Amanda Kelley, according to the Norman Police Department. The suspects are facing assault and battery charges.

“I know it was mainly the girls that started the attack, but then it was everybody… Everybody was involved.”

Man Accused Of Marrying Steve Harvey’s Radio Co-Host In Scheme To Defraud 25 Victims, Primarily Women, Of Over $750K

A Georgia man is accused of tricking Steve Harvey‘s radio show co-host, Shirley Strawberry, into marrying him and then using her fame to cheat at least 25 people out of over $750,000. On April 23, a Fulton County Grand Jury charged Earnest Williams, 57, with 39 counts of fraud, according to court documents per the NY Post

Williams presented himself as a successful businessman, stealing hundreds of thousands from his victims, including

“personal vehicles, motorcycles, coach buses, trailers, automotive parts, and other various services and property.”

Williams would target primarily women, and

“often used the illusion of romantic or close personal relationships with those victims to manipulate them and to steal from them,”

    according to the documents.

    The documents allege he

“knowingly entered into a fraudulent marriage with Shirley Strawberry,”

    — the co-host of

    “The Steve Harvey Morning Show”

“We believe she met a man, fell in love, and married him, and the truth is, at the time, he was already married to someone else,”

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis told WSBTV.

The well-known radio host filed for divorce on April 17th. However, according to court documents, they had been living apart since March 2022. Williams is also accused of recruiting multiple

    “co-conspirators,”

his main accomplice being Erica King. Williams allegedly

“solicited King to fraudulently assume the identities of multiple attorneys licensed to practice law in Georgia to deceive law enforcement and the courts, including by appearing in court and by falsely and fraudulently representing Williams in hearings.”

Williams and King were arrested in October 2023. He has been indicted on multiple charges and his public defender has filed a plea agreement on his behalf. If found guilty, Williams could face a prison sentence ranging from one to 20 years. Despite the danger, he rushed to aid victims a few blocks away from the reported shooting location. Unfortunately, the person he tried to help turned out to be the suspect who fatally shot him. Another officer arrived and engaged in a shootout with the gunman, resulting in the suspect’s death at the scene.

Mitchell was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. The second officer sustained non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released. In addition to the officers, an innocent bystander and a Minneapolis firefighter were also shot and are in critical condition at a local hospital.

The incident unfolded when police received a call about a double shooting at an apartment complex in the Whittier neighborhood. Authorities discovered two individuals who had been shot inside an apartment. Tragically, one of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other was rushed to the hospital in critical condition, reports note.

“We believe this is isolated to the two different locations,”

    Evans said.

“We believe that the two individuals in the apartment had some level of acquaintance with each other.”

Mitchell, a dedicated police officer and father who was soon to be married, had been serving in the department for approximately 18 months. Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said,

“his life, his service, and his name will forever be remembered in the City of Minneapolis.”

A Texas woman became violent when she realized that her McDonald‘s order was missing hash browns and biscuits, reports The Independent. Samantha Anthony, a 32-year-old woman, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, as stated in the court records.

According to the police, on December 30, 2023, Ms. Anthony allegedly fired multiple gunshots from her car window into the drive-thru window at around 5 am. Fortunately, no one was hurt during the incident. The employees quickly took cover behind walls and equipment as the woman opened fire, as described in the arrest warrant obtained by KSAT.

Ms Anthony attempted to flee the scene, police said.

“I heard the first shot, I kind of like had a late reaction,”

    one unnamed employee told KENS5.

“Whenever the other shot started ringing out, that’s when all of us in the front started ducking and sliding.”

The drive-thru employee said Ms. Anthony received her food without any issues initially. However, she later returned to the McDonald’s, yelling at the employees because she claimed her order was incorrect, including missing biscuits and hash browns.

The employee said they tried to explain to the woman that they gave her the food, the manager even checked the surveillance footage. However, she kept insisting that she didn’t receive her food. The employee said that Ms. Anthony

  • Florida Priest Bites Woman After Refusing To Give Her Communion, Police Say

Florida Priest Bites Woman After Refusing To Give Her Communion, Police Say

A priest in Central Florida got into an argument with a church member during service and ended up biting them, per WFTV 9. The incident took place at St. Thomas Aquinas Church in St Cloud. The police have suggested charging the priest, Father Fidel, with battery.

This happened while people were receiving communion during the mass, reports note. According to an unidentified woman, the disagreement began when she was denied communion.

“He tried to forcefully shove it in her mouth, and she backed up,”

    a witness told police.

“She said no don’t do that and she tried to get it and that is when he went crazy.”

The priest, however, shared a different version of the events with the police. According to him, the woman attended the 10 o’clock mass but seemed unfamiliar with how to receive communion. As a result, he denied her the bread wafer. The priest said that the woman returned for another service and attempted to take the wafer from his hand, leading to a confrontation.

He admitted to biting the woman and explained that he did so to protect the wafer because it is believed to be the body of Christ.

“I am not judging you; I am asking you; did you confess after mass? If you did not confess, I cannot give you communion.,”

    Fidel told officers.

“I bit her, I am not denying that. I am defending myself and the sacrament.”

  • California Man Receives Live Rattlesnake In The Mail, Says ‘That’s Attempted Murder If You Ask Me’

California Man Receives Live Rattlesnake In The Mail, Says ‘That’s Attempted Murder If You Ask Me’

A truck driver in Southern California was surprised when he received a package with a live rattlesnake inside, reports USA Today. The driver called 911 after picking up the package at the Twentynine Palms post office and finding the snake.

The police came and passed the case to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, which is now investigating. Animal Control took the snake away. The driver, 60-year-old Elijah Bowles, said that the sender had put cotton balls in the box to muffle the snake’s sound. He estimated that the snake was about 2 feet long.

“That’s attempted murder, if you ask me,”

    Bowles told the local outlet.

If someone gets bitten by a rattlesnake, they should get medical help within 30 minutes because the bite can be deadly if not treated, reports reveal. Healthline says that if a rattlesnake bite is not treated, it can cause organ failure and death within two to three days.

When opening the package, Bowles was startled and quickly stopped his truck, and put the box outside on the sidewalk. Then, he called 911 and Animal Control for help. A postal inspector mentioned that the package had the word

    “fragile”

written on it with a black marker. It also had a return address from a house in Palm Coast, Florida.

The package was sent from Hayward, California on May 3rd. Rick Boyd, who is in charge of Animal Control in Twentynine Palms, said that the snake was a Western rattlesnake, also known as the Northern Pacific rattlesnake.

    UPS described the events as
