Woman Says She Made Makeup In Prison By Using Pepsi and Flour, Applied It By Using Tampon As A Brush

A woman who previously served 17 years behind bars revealed how she made her own makeup from scratch when she was locked up. Taylor uploaded a video to TikTok showcasing all of the ingredients she used to create foundation, which she made out of Pepsi, flour, and a hot cocoa mix.

In the video, Taylor showed viewers her process. The woman started by placing flour in a bowl. From there, she went on to add a cap size of Pepsi, which she explained helps the foundation stick to your face and should be added as needed while mixing. She then continued to add the hot cocoa mix and said that the amount of mix is dependent upon the person’s complexion. She said that if it looks too dark, more flour should be added.

Once the mixture’s texture is consistent, she said you can utilize a tampon to apply the foundation. She said,

“If you want like a makeup brush, you would use a tampon and beat it in your face.”

Taylor then went on to apply the homemade foundation to her tattoo to showcase her creation and show its full coverage.

  • Man Convicted In The 2019 Murder Of A Mail Carrier Who Failed To Deliver A Large Package Of Marijuana To His Home, Sentenced To Life

Man Convicted In The 2019 Murder Of A Mail Carrier Who Failed To Deliver A Large Package Of Marijuana To His Home, Sentenced To Life

On Thursday, a man, Trevor Raekwon Seward, has been sentenced to life behind bars after he was convicted of murdering a U.S Postal Service mail carrier who left a note in the mailbox instructing Seward to pick up a large package of marijuana at a South Carolina post office instead of delivering it to his home, FOX reports.

The 25-year-old was convicted of murdering the 64-year-old federal worker, Irene Pressley, as she delivered mail. In addition to the September 2019 murder of Pressley, Seward was also convicted of other crimes, according to federal prosecutors.

After Seward discovered the note in his mailbox instead of the package, which was supposed to be 2 pounds of marijuana, he confronted the mail carrier moments later and requested his package. According to court documents, Pressley declined his request. The 25-year-old then got a rifle and as Pressley went down the street, he shot the gun 20 times into the rear of her mail truck resulting in multiple bullets hitting her.

Seward later drove the truck into a trench, looked through the mail in an attempt to find his marijuana or anything else valuable, and then fled, leaving Pressey’s body in the truck, per prosecutors. Court Records added that the marijuana package was later discovered on the street where the mail carrier was murdered.

The mail carrier’s sister blamed the death of her father on Seward in court. According to WPDE-TV, Elisha Hubbard said during the sentencing hearing on Thursday,

“He gave up because you took his daughter’s life.”

A co-defendant, 31-year-old, Jerome Terrell Davis, who assisted Seward in looking for the U.S Postal Service mail carrier was sentenced to 25 years behind bars. Davis pleaded guilty to

“robbery and conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute marijuana,”

    according to prosecutors, reports FOX.

  • South Carolina Store Offers Teenage Shoplifters A Job Instead of Pressing Charges

South Carolina Store Offers Teenage Shoplifters A Job Instead of Pressing Charges

A South Carolina store is taking a positive approach to curbing teenage shoplifters. According to the NY Post, the President of Palmetto Moon in Haywood Mall chose to hire two teenage boys who went stealing in the store instead of pressing charges.

Palmetto Moon president Amber Dube took the opportunity to teach two teenage boys a life lesson after they were caught stealing from her store on March 13.

“I think this is a situation where teenagers do stupid things, and we know that,”

    Dube told FOX Carolina.

Dube said she worked closely with the teen’s parents to come up with alternatives for them to pay their debt. As a result, the boys will work for Palmetto Moon.

“So I think it’s important for us to think about what they did and really judge on the merits of who they are and what they can contribute back to the community,”

    she said.

The boys reportedly apologized and returned the stolen items to the store. Dube said her goal is to teach the kids how hard employees work to prepare the store for customers.

“We wanted to make sure that they learned a lesson, and they were held accountable for their actions, and felt that this was the best way for them to learn their lesson and also to give back to the community.”

The earnings that they receive from working at the store will be donated to the Greenville Police Department, according to the Post. They will also do volunteer hours for the company.

“I’m hoping that this message is really resonating with the community to say, we’re all in this together, and we can make our communities much better and more positive,”

    Dube said.
