Tristan Thompson Goes Honest With Kourtney Kardashian
Tristan Thompson had his time with Khloe Kardashian, who forgave him repeatedly for his cheating escapades. But now that she has decided never to look back, he announces his desire to be with her forever.
In the Kardashian episode that dropped on Thursday, the NBA star goes on a throwback ride after being questioned by the eldest Kardashian. Kourtney Kardashian initiates the discussion by asking how he feels about the criticisms on social media. She points out the harsh comments that label him as a sociopath and narcissist.
Tristan begins by affirming how his background must have played a role during his serial cheating romance with Khloe Kardashian. Speaking about what the future holds, he says:
“Would I love to be with your sister and spend the rest of my life with her? Of course. My goal is to have my family back as a whole unit.”
Tristan dishes out some sincerity while taking responsibility for his misdeeds. He notes that his desire might be far-reaching since his cheating scandal has put his happy household fantasy with Khloe off the table.
Kourtney Tells Tristan “Talk Is Cheap”
Kourtney is not scared to employ blunt language against the man who caused her sister embarrassment. Though she accepts the possibility that Thompson might do things right and that he has grown, she adds, “Talk is cheap.”
The Poosh creator maintains that somehow, Thompson’s yearning to be accepted and seen as brand new must match his actions. Kourtney worries about his past behavior, adding that he has failed to walk the talk before.
She goes on about how the choice to forgive infidelity can be misinterpreted by her household. In her words:
“I don’t want to show my daughter that that’s ok. I think having forgiveness and giving grace is right, but also, having really clear boundaries is really important.”
Tristan and Khloe had a rough romance. Their relationship was inconsistent throughout its duration. The pair began dating in 2016 and are parents to two kids, True and Tatum. However, Tristan shares two others with two different women: Maralee Nichols and Jordyn Woods.
