Four female employees, including a manager, were arrested on Sunday for allegedly assaulting a waitress at a Cordova bar and grill, reports WREG

The incident took place at Mugshot’s Bar and Grill on Germantown Parkway, as reported by the Memphis Police. The victim stated that the altercation began when she started talking to her manager’s ex-boyfriend. She claimed that the manager, Shereva Dortch, along with her coworkers, Arlina Fox, Nyla Fields, and Cailyn Williams, engaged in an argument with her.

The victim further alleged that Dortch and ten other individuals attacked her from behind, stole her car and house keys, and subjected her to multiple punches, stomps, and kicks while she was on the ground. As a result, she suffered unconsciousness, two black eyes, bruises, and cuts on her body, and was taken to Baptist Hospital in Southaven.

Dortch, Fox, Fields, and Williams have been charged with aggravated assault. They have since been released on bond and are scheduled to appear in court on Friday morning. Social media indicates that the altercation occurred on the last day of the bar and grill’s operation.
