Drake and Sexxy Red take home the award for the most controversial couple of the year. These two have succeeded in causing a frenzy back-to-back online. But what makes it funnier is that fans understand it’s likely a joke. Now, Drake moves to show his rich baby daddy prowess by giving Red four Chanel bags.

Drake and Sexxy Red On Tour

Despite being around for a short time, Sexxy Red has proven she can handle fame. The rapper, who is currently pregnant, was welcomed on Drake’s “Big As The What?” Tour. Apart from working closely with Champagne Papi and J.Cole, who is also on board, Sexxy Red was made the main character in a new song. The “Rich Baby Daddy” song featured Sexxy Red, SZA, and Drake. The synergy between the pregnant rapper and Drake made fans joke about him wanting to be the baby daddy in real life.

Just when fans thought their friendship had peaked, Drake showered Sexxy Red with gifts. He purchased four Chanel bags for the expectant mom, who was in awe. In a clip shared by DJ Akademiks, Sexxy Red flaunted her designer bags while doting on Drake. She claimed that her rich friend was spoiling her silly.

Many fans were wowed by the gesture, but some couldn’t help but comment on Drake’s possible motive behind the gifts. Per HotNewHipHop, one fan jokingly quipped: “Drake wants to be the father that steps up.” Another added: “Drake falling in love for real now. I can hear him singing, ‘I better find your loving, I better find your heart.'”

While neither Drake nor Sexxy Red has yet to comment on the jokes, they appear to enjoy the internet sensation. But it’s worth noting that their shared time has only birthed something artistic and creative.
