Good news for Suits fans! Beatrice Springborn, the president of Universal International Studios and UCP, NBCUniversal, will produce a new series that be a part of the Suits universe.
She disclosed this information while addressing an industry conference in the U.K. The show, Aaron Korsh, has started writing a series
“Suits Los Angeles”
which is still underway.
“We are working on it right now,” “It’s so fun and happy.”
She said
Although much is not yet known about the spinoff, Springburn indicated that the show intends to maintain the same appeal of the original series in terms of its gripping narrative and carefully developed characters that attract an audience.
“A lot of streamers are looking for ongoing series, things that feel easy to watch,”
she added.
“Our show Suits is incredibly huge on Netflix. It is amazing-looking people in great clothes but at the core of it, you can’t have a show that’s successful with just that. It has to have great storytelling and great character work. So how do you do something that can be ongoing, have a gloss to it, and be a continuing series that everyone wants?”
Suits was quite popular upon its arrival on Netflix and offered a constant series for those who stream from time to time.
However, whether the new show will reach to such heights as the original is still uncertain but fans should brace themselves up for another exciting journey full of twists and turns.
