  • 106 & Park’s 25th Anniversary: 10 Moments We’ll Never Forget

    106 & Park’s 25th Anniversary: 10 Moments We’ll Never Forget

BET‘s 106 & Park has made a name for itself as a beloved music program among Black people. The 90-minute countdown program was more than just a music video show; it was the heartbeat of the Black music industry. 106 & Park lasted for over a decade, from 2000 to 2014, and in that time, it gave us moments we will never forget. Some of these moments were fun and hilarious, while some were just heart-wrenching. On the 25th anniversary of this iconic show, let’s take a look at some of these unforgettable moments.

    1. Michael Jackson’s Death Announcement

A post shared by CrowdFreak (@crowdfreak)

When Michael Jackson died in 2009, hosts Terrence J and Rosci were on air. J later revealed that he and Rosci received the shocking news on their earpiece. He noted that the whole situation unfolded in real time, leaving them little time to process what they had just heard.

The announcement of the King of Pop’s death remains one of the heartbreaking and unforgettable moments on 106 & Park.

    2. Aaliyah’s Final Interview

Aaliyah’s death is definitely one of the top unforgettable moments on 106 & Park. The singer lost her life too early when she died in a plane crash in 2001, ending a promising career. A.J. Calloway announced the death of R&B’s princess on the show and described it as one of his most challenging tasks on the program.

It was even more remarkable, as Aaliyah had appeared on 106 & Park just four days before her death. During the interview, she discussed her acting role in Queen of the Damned, her self-titled album, and her future plans. It turned out to be her final televised interview.

    3. Michelle Obama’s Appearance

106 & Park also had several good moments and was not all doom and gloom. 106 & Park stood out among the other shows of its time because of its significance in championing Black rights issues. This became evident when the former First Lady of the United States (FLOTUS), Michelle Obama, graced the show.

During her visit, she pushed her husband’s North Star initiative. She also shared how education changed her life and discussed her education initiatives. However, beyond that, she made room to discuss issues affecting Black youths, such as eating disorders and gun violence.

    4. Tom Cruise’s Motorcycle Dance

Tom Cruise’s motorcycle dance on 106 & Park was one of those moments you just had to witness for yourself. He was there in 2006 during the Mission: Impossible III press tour and performed Yung Joc’s It’s Going Down motorcycle dance. It indeed remains an unforgettable moment in the minds of all those who saw the actor’s impressive dance.

Grantland called Tom Cruise uncool and narcissistic for going on the show. However, it signaled how much influence 106 & Park had within the Black community. The audience and BET didn’t share Grantland’s sentiments either. The screams and cheers were enough evidence of that.

    5. Tribute to Janet Jackson

106 & Park’s tribute to Janet Jackson is an unforgettable moment for fans of the singer and the show. Janet Jackson cemented her celebrity status at an early age, and the show rightfully honored her in due time.

106 & Park paid tribute to her while she was promoting her eighth studio album, Damita Jo. The Rhythm Nation singer was surprised when she saw a set of tribute dance covers of some of her biggest hits.

    6. Kanye West & 50 Cent’s Friendly Beef

If there was one thing 106 & Park was famous for, it was for drawing A-listers to the studio easily. One such remarkable moment was the feud between Kanye West and 50 Cent on 106 & Park in 2007. The musical duo decided it was time for a friendly competition when they released albums on the same day.

Kanye West and 50 Cent both pitted their albums against each other’s and appeared on the set of 106 & Park. 50 Cent’s album beat Kanye West’s by a landslide. However, beyond that, their competition signaled the show’s significance within the music industry and black community. It remains an unforgettable time in hip-hop history.

    7. Arnold Schwarzenegger’s ‘Nae Nae’ Dance

Arnold Schwarzenegger’s impression of the Nae Nae and Stanky Legg dance ranks high among the unforgettable moments of 106 & Park. The actor and his co-star, Joe Manganiello, were on the show in 2014 to promote their new action flick, Sabotage.

Schwarzenegger impressed co-hosts Bow Wow and Keshia Chante when he took up the roulette challenge and did the dance.

    8. Michelle Williams’ Fall

While Michelle Williams would prefer to forget her infamous fall, it remains unforgettable in the minds of fans of BET. Williams had appeared on 106 & Park with her Destiny’s Child group to perform their classic hit, Soldier, when she fell. Meanwhile, the singer has taken it in good faith and even jokes about the memes gotten from the fall.

    9. Chris Brown’s Performance

Chris Brown has had a good run as a great performer throughout his decades-long career. One of the earliest moments of his musical journey was on the set of 106 & Park. The singer was on the show to perform Run It for the first time, and he achieved great success with it. The song went on to top the charts and catapulted him to superstardom.

    10. Rosci Challenged Victor Cruz to a Dance-Off

Victor Cruz was once known for his signature move—the salsa dance and Rosci wanted a piece of the action. In a 2012 episode of 106 & Park, they gave fans an unforgettable moment when they engaged in a salsa battle. Rosci and Cruz had earlier prepared for it after the 106 & Park co-host challenged Cruz.

Although it ended over a decade ago, 106 & Park remains a source of entertainment and pride for the Black community. Several stars have graced the show, and the memories from the beloved program remain unforgettable for many.

  • Onsite! Exclusive: Mekai Curtis Shares Insight on Raq and Kanan’s Further Damaged Relationship In Season 4 Of Power Book III: Raising Kanan

Onsite! Exclusive: Mekai Curtis Shares Insight on Raq and Kanan’s Further Damaged Relationship In Season 4 Of Power Book III: Raising Kanan

STARZ’s Power Book III: Raising Kanan has returned for its 4th season with some exciting new surprises as the repercussions and aftermath of season 3 unfolds. The relationship between Raq (Patina Miller) and Kanan (Mekai Curtis) remain at a standstill as Kanan watched his mother fatally shoot his father, Detective Howard (Omar Epps). For the past couple of seasons, the audience witness Raq attempt to repair her relationship with Kanan; however, Kanan constantly makes it clear that he wants nothing to do with his mother.

Onsite! spoke with Mekai Curtis, where he spoke about how their relationships remain at a standstill in the upcoming season despite Raq’s attempt at reconciliation. When asked how the murder of his father effects his relationship with his mother in the new season, the actor says, “I think it doesn’t help in any strengthening [Raq] was trying to do of the relationship.”

“I think that definitely will drive Kanan to ask more questions. I think it’ll make him want to distance even more. I think he’ll be a bit brasher… As he’s grieving what was a new relationship, I think it’ll still be a place and a space of hurt and emotional movement. I think, as smart as Kanan can be at times, I think he is very emotionally driven to do things,” Curtis added.

If you recall, back in season 2, Kanan discovered Detective Howard was his father, which was shocking; however, we see their relationship slowly evolve throughout the newer seasons.

“I think losing your father after recently discovering that is your father, that’ll do some things, especially as you were starting to unpack and discover what that relationship could’ve been,” Curtis concluded as he reflected on the status of Raq, and Kanan’s relationship in the new season.

Motherly Advice for Raq from Patina Miller

It’s no secret that Raq’s parenting is unconventional, and most viewers may question her motherhood and decision-making. However, it appears that she makes these decisions based on the notion that she’s protecting herself as well as her family. Onsite! spoke with Patina Miller as we delve into her character’s parenting skills. When asked if she had the opportunity to give advice Raq on being a mother, the actress admitted that Raq doesn’t have the best “people in her life.”

“I would tell her to chill. I would tell her to take the wins and enjoy the wins. She can’t stop, once she achieves something its like ‘now I need more.’ I would tell her to just relax, pat yourself on the back, you’ve done a great job. Live in that, and be easy with yourself.. I think that’s the thing with Raquel, she’s not used to being easy with herself because so many people depend on her,” Miller continued.

“Also, stop chasing Kanan,” the actress concluded.

Universal Pictures has shut down rumors that actress Cynthia Erivo was paid significantly less than Ariana Grande for their roles in

    “Wicked.”

    Rumors circulated online that the

    “Thank U, Next”

singer made a whopping $15 million for her supporting role as Glinda, while Erivo, only left with $1 million as the lead, Elphaba. The rumors caused an uproar among fans. One X user wrote,

“The disparity between Ariana’s salary ($15 mil) and Cynthia’s is crazy because why is it that much of a difference? And they’re both named leads in the film.”

    Another called the rumor

    “diabolical.”

  • Top 5 Random Celebrity Cameos in Movies and TV Shows

Top 5 Random Celebrity Cameos in Movies and TV Shows

Cameos have a distinct quality that entertains fans. Everyone gets excited to see a random face they recognize pop up in a series or movie. The excitement is heightened when one never suspected the celebrity to appear. These celebrity cameos range from barely seen seconds on the screen to one-liners and a few scenes, but they keep viewers and fans entertained nonetheless. Cameos also lighten up movies and series, sometimes giving them a realistic and natural feel. They also provide opportunities for our favorite celebrities to appear on their favorite shows and films without committing to doing the whole movie. This article will discuss some of the most random celebrity cameos in movies and TV shows.

Elon Musk in Iron Man 2 (2010)

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwK8DZu12H0

One celebrity we never expected to see in a movie was Elon Musk. However, the Tesla CEO, known for his advancements in electrical-related ventures, was the perfect fit for Iron Man 2. Musk appears as himself, and his scene shows him interacting with Robert Downey’s character, Tony Stark, and Gwyneth Paltrow’s character, Pepper Potts, Stark’s assistant, during an event in Monaco. In the brief cameo, Musk pitches an idea for an electric jet, which Stark accepts almost immediately.

Meanwhile, Musk had another justification for his celebrity cameo. According to the Wall Street Journal, Musk inspired Downey’s character in Iron Man. The report stated that Downey visited Musk’s rocket facility outside Los Angeles and declared that he was impressed.

“My mind is not easily blown, but this place and this guy were amazing,” the actor said after his visit.

Iron Man was also filmed for free at SpaceX, one of the entrepreneur’s companies.

Gisele Bundchen in The Devil Wears Prada

Another of the random celebrity cameos in history was Gisele Bundchen’s appearance in The Devil Wears Prada. Fans were stunned when the supermodel appeared in the iconic movie. However, due to the genre of the film, Bundchen fit into her role as Serena, Emily Blunt’s malicious friend. Bundchen’s character had four lines, two of which were mean and two nice ones. One of her lines, “Are you wearing the… “The Chanel boots? Yeah, I am,” has become one of the most popular quotes in pop culture.

In an interview with British Vogue, Bundchen explains that she almost didn’t take the role. She revealed that she met Aline Brosh McKenna, the movie’s writer, during a flight. McKenna offered Bundchen the role, which she initially turned down.

“I’m like, ‘No, I’m not interested. I’m not gonna play a model, I do that every day.” Bundchen added, “It was Meryl Streep, [who] I think is the best actress of all time. It was Emily Blunt and Anne Hathaway; all of them [are] incredible… So, I was like okay, ‘I hope I don’t screw this up.’”

Michael Jackson in Men In Black II

Michael Jackson gave us one of the best celebrity cameos in history. The King of Pop appeared as one of the Men in Black in the movie’s 2002 sequel. To say fans were stunned would be an understatement. However, Michael Jackson’s cameo appeared later than the director had planned. Barry Sonnefeld, who directed Men in Black, told the BBC he wanted the pop star to appear in the first installment.

The songwriter was lined up to appear alongside George Lucas, Sylvester Stallone, Danny De Vito, and Steven Spielberg. However, the Thriller singer didn’t want to be an alien. Nevertheless, Michael Jackson changed his mind after seeing the first movie and asked to be in the second, giving birth to one of the most random cameos in history.

    Victoria Beckham in Ugly Betty

Victoria Beckham contributed to the list of random celebrity cameos in 2007 when she appeared in an episode of Ugly Betty. The singer and her husband, David Beckham, had reached stardom in their respective careers, and America was gripped by love for the power couple.

Thus, it was only fitting that Victoria appeared in the series at the time. The fashion designer appeared as herself and played the role of a terrible Maid of Honor, overshadowing Vanessa Williams’ character, Wilhelmina Slater, to push her brand.

    Sarah Ferguson in Friends

Fans were shocked at Sarah Ferguson’s appearance in one of the most iconic TV shows ever. This appearance makes the list of the top five most random celebrity cameos in history. The British royal played herself in the 1998 episode where Ross has his wedding with fiancée Emily in London. Ferguson shows up after Joey’s (Matt LeBlanc) and Chandler’s (Matthew Perry) disagreement, which saw them split. The Duchess of York compliments Joey on his hat, stating that it looked “kind of dashing.”

These celebrity cameos added flair and made the movies and shows more endearing to fans of celebrities and the movies or TV shows. Hopefully, more celebrity cameos will be featured to delight fans and keep viewers entertained.

  • Chrisean Rock Makes Shocking Accusation Against Older Sister in “Baddies: Midwest” Trailer

Chrisean Rock Makes Shocking Accusation Against Older Sister in “Baddies: Midwest” Trailer

Chrisean Rock’s allegations against her older sister Tesehki have shocked internet users. The rapper accused Tesehki of sexually molesting her when she was a child. The accusation was caught on camera while the duo filmed material for the reality show. However, Tesehki denied the charges and vowed to sue her younger sister for defamation.

Chrisean Rock Accuses Older Sister During Filming

Chrisean Rock’s allegations stunned viewers who saw the Baddies: Midwest trailer. The mom of one was seen holding her baby as she claimed to have been sexually abused by her older sister. Chrisean asked Tesehki if she remembered forcing her to perform oral sex. The rapper said she was seven at the time, while Tesehki was 12. Chrisean Rock alleged:

“I remember when I was seven, you made me eat your p**sy.”

However, Tesehki was stunned by the accusation and fervently denied it. “You said what?” she responded before threatening to sue Chrisean over the accusation.

“I’m done talking…B***h, you’re going to jail — defamation!” Tesehki said as she stood up and walked away from the scene.

    Fans React To The Accusation

Chrisean Rock’s accusations didn’t go unnoticed and soon stirred up a flurry of reactions online. Many people slammed the Zeus Network producers for exploiting the sister’s pain. An X user posted that they didn’t care which sister anyone supported. They only knew the conversation between the siblings should never have been shown in the clip.

Another X user commented that the sisters were likely victims of sexual abuse. They noted that Tesehki probably mirrored what had been done to her or what she had seen. The user shared that Tesehki was only 12 then, making her a child and not a pedophile. Meanwhile, a third user shared that the sisters’ predicament was similar to many families. The user opined that many, however, choose to bury the truth.

Who Are Chrisean Rock and Tesehki?

Chrisean Rock is a rapper and TV personality. She gained fame from her three-season appearance on Zeus Network’s Baddies reality TV show. Her high-profile relationship with her ex, rapper Blueface, further shot her into the spotlight. In 2022, the duo starred in the Baddies spinoff Blueface & Chrisean: Crazy In Love. The pair also have a son, Chrisean Jesus Porter, together.

Tesehki, born Latifa Malone, is a TV personality and R&B singer. Her songs, Real As Me, I Need Love, and Thinking Bout You, have garnered several views online. She further gained wide recognition for appearing on the Baddies reality TV show. Chrisean Rock and Tesehki have always had a fractured relationship. However, their latest falling out on reality TV suggests that the sisters may not be close to repairing their relationship.

  • Onsite! Exclusive: Reasonable Doubt Star McKinley Freeman Talks Parenting Style and The Evolution of His Character In Season 2

Onsite! Exclusive: Reasonable Doubt Star McKinley Freeman Talks Parenting Style and The Evolution of His Character In Season 2

Reasonable Doubt has won its way into the hearts of the audience with it being one of the most celebrated shows yet. Season two has only gotten better as it was nothing short of breathtaking moments, and take aways that provoke conversation amongst the audience.

Onsite! spoke to McKinley Freeman, who portrays Lewis in the series. Freeman discussed the development of his character from the initial season, how the other characters surrounding him have evolved, as well as the parenting aspect of it all.

“I think a lot of it starts with starting to figure out more of who [Lewis] is in the world, and the platform that he stands on, and starting to begin to understand the responsibilities and the evolution required to keep a family together and to guide your children in the right way,”

Freeman said about his character navigating through season two.

    He added

“That’s the kind of thing I think most people can connect with is the reality that none of us really have all [of] the answers, and in the process of trying to find them, more often than not, we find ourselves making things potentially worse than better. So, it’s like how does one take ownership of the things that don’t go well as well as the thing that [does] go well?”

    Reasonable Doubt/Hulu/Onyx Collection

The Evolution of Parenting For Jax and Lewis

When it comes to evolution, Jax and Lewis’ relationship isn’t the sole relationship that has developed since season one. Their children, Naima and Spencer, played by Aderinsola Olabode and Thaddeus J. Mixson, are older, and like normal teenagers they’re exploring who they are as individuals.

The audience explores the lens as Lewis and Jax, portrayed by Emayatzy Corinealdi, navigate through parenting.

They also explore how they approach disciplining and nurturing their children.

On episode four, Spencer is punished for attacking a student at school when he was made fun of for wanting to pursue theatre. After Spencer expressed to his father that he was projecting his anger onto the student, revealing that the hurt rooted from his father’s disapproving comments about him doing theatre, Lewis apologized to his son.

Exploring The Lessons Of Parenting In Season Two

The bigger lesson in the scene can be interpreted differently and when Freeman was asked about the importance of this scene regarding parents holding themselves accountable, he said,

“that was one of the more important scenes to [him] this entire season.”

He went on to say that it was imperative for him to recognize

“the amount of influence [a parent] has on their kids.”

“The ability for parents to slow down the world and the moment because they’re so many things going on… But at the same time, in the midst of all that, there’s the fabric of the foundation of somebodies future peace,”

    Freeman continued.

“The last thing I think anybody in that situation wants to do is to cast clouds on somebodies future horizon and as adults, I think it’s important to recognize the things that belong to us and the things that we want to pass along because those two things aren’t necessarily the same. But being able to filter out the difference between the two and pass along the gold dust without all the dirt but reminding them of the dirt that was required for the process. That’s the win! It’s like never forget where you came from but know where you’re going,”

    he said.

    Freeman concluded,

“I think the thing about that moment as well is the sincere hurt that parents and people in that position feel when they disappoint their children. I think that’s something that not a lot of people really talk about.. No parent wakes up being like today is the day I’m going to do the thing to ruin my kid’s life.

  • Onsite! Exclusive: House of Payne’s Lance Gross and Keshia Knight Pulliam Discuss The Evolution Of The Show and The Growth Of Their Characters

Onsite! Exclusive: House of Payne’s Lance Gross and Keshia Knight Pulliam Discuss The Evolution Of The Show and The Growth Of Their Characters

Since its debut in 2006, Tyler Perry’s House of Payne has brought laughter and meaningful reflection to countless households. Centered around the relatable and heartwarming dynamics of a Southern Black family, the show has connected with viewers and its cast in profound ways. Recently, stars Lance Gross and Keshia Knight Pulliam sat down with Onsite to reflect on the series’ evolution, the growth of their characters, and the remarkable success of the show.

Originally airing on TBS, House of Payne ran for eight seasons before being revived by BET in 2020, now in its 13th season. With a mix of returning and new cast members, the show has continued to thrive, bringing fresh storylines while staying true to its comedic roots. Despite the shift in networks, Pulliam revealed that the transition was seamless, as much of the original team from Tyler Perry Studios remained intact.

“You know the funny thing is, we’ve always worked in Tyler Perry Studios. The studio has changed,”

    Keshia disclosed.

“We literally were in the very first on Krog Street downtown Atlanta when we started. Then we moved to the Green Briars Studio that was a former, I want to say, Delta facility, and now we are at the Tyler Perry Studios that was at the former Fort McPherson,”

    she continued.

“So even though the network has changed quite frankly a lot of the faces behind the scenes have been consistent from the very, very beginning… Down to the camera operators… the producers. The core group of us has been here since day one.”

Gross and Pulliam are no strangers to the big screen. Keshia Knight Pulliam, beloved for her childhood role as Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show, pointed out the parallels between the two shows, both offering a window into the everyday realities of Black family life. But she and Gross agreed that their roles as Miranda and Calvin on House of Payne are unlike any others they have portrayed.

Calvin, Gross’ character, is a man who has faced numerous challenges, especially in his tumultuous relationship with Miranda, who first appeared in Season 2. Over the years, both characters have evolved, navigating the complexities of life, love, and family. Now, as newly divorced co-parents, Calvin and Miranda must figure out how to work together for the sake of their child. Gross spoke on what that looks like moving forward into the season, with all its difficulties and rewards.

“You see a lot of growth in Calvin”

    Lance explained.

“His decisions are well thought out oppose to him making knuckle head decisions. Now he has more to lose. He has kids who look up to him,”

    he added.

“Its been beautiful to watch Calvin evolve into what he is now because now he’s a man. He’s taking care of his family, he’s providing, he’s doing what he has to do and through this season you’re going to see that sometimes he struggles with making the right decisions only because he wants the best for everyone involved. It’s not just about him, it’s about Miranda, it’s about his fiancé, it’s about his mom and dad, it’s about his sons.”

Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living Star Courtney Nicole Reflects On Fun Set Environment and Being Apart Of The Show For Five Seasons

Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living is back and even better with its most recent launch of season five. The comedic sitcom surrounding an Assisted Living Facility has not only brought warmth to our living rooms but also laughter. Interestingly enough, it has brought the same joy and humor to the cast. Onsite! spoke with Courtney Nicole, who plays Leah on the show, as she spoke about having fun on set while filming the show as well as the what it means to be apart of the long-standing show created by Tyler Perry.

You may hear about stories where cast members of comedic projects can’t keep their composure on set and are forced to improvise due to them not being able to control their laughter, well, this is the case on the set of Assisted Living. Nicole admitted that there has been many times where she broke character due to the humor of her cast mates.

The actress said, “You know David Mann is on the show right? That’s all I got to say.”

“The first time I heard Tamela say on set, she was like, ‘Oh, I’m [going to] laugh’ I was like ‘oh ok I felt better’ because I would always be trying not to laugh,” Nicole continued.

She went on to reveal that in episode three, she can see herself holding her laugh in. She later added that being on set is fun.

“It can be laugh out loud days on set a lot of times,” Nicole noted.

    A Dream Come True

The on-screen actress, who also has a strong theatre background, reflected on being apart of the show that’s been on air since 2020. She acknowledged that it has been a dream of hers to be apart of a long-standing project.

“It is a dream, when you’re writing your goals down, and you’re like ‘oh I want to book a series regular role, a longstanding role with beautiful people’ it’s a dream come true. I get to go to Tyler Perry studios and film another season, it was amazing,” Nicole said.

Nicole’s theatre background has helped her thrive in her on-screen role as Leah.

She explained, “Alot of your favorite actors have theatre backgrounds. I think its a great place to start, you have to tell a story in two hours. Alot of the work comes in the before [and] because of that you have time to play and dig into stuff, which, I think just helps with character building, development of the story, all of those things. So, bringing that to a set, is great. It helps with your armor, its your tool bag.”

However, Nicole does advise taking television courses to fine tune certain skills when it comes to tv acting.

Onsite! EXCLUSIVE: Wild ‘N Out Season 21 In Full Effect, Cast Members OR MASH and C. King Reflect On Their Journey and Working Alongside Nick Cannon

The Wild ‘N Out we all know and love has been on air for nearly two decades. The comedic rap improv game show returns for season 21 and there’s so much in store. Some new additions to the team also awaits us and they’re contributing to all of the excitement and fun along with the rest of the cast. Onsite! caught up with cast members OR MASH and C. King as they reflected on their journey leading up to being selected for the long-standing show, the thrill of performing in front of a live audience, as well as working with the founder of the show, Nick Cannon.

Wild ‘N Out can be fun to watch from an audience perspective. However, it can be nerve-racking and a unique experience for cast members.

When asked what it’s like to perform improv comedy in front of a live audience, social media star C. King reflected, saying,

“You [have] to be quick. Sometimes you don’t know what’s going to happen and you got to roll with it, you got to stick with it, you got to be so in tune with your cast members, and with what’s going on.”

“If you miss it, you got to pick up and kill it,”

the cast member said jokingly, referring to popular improv game on the show.

    C. King went on to reveal that witnessing veteran cast members on the show easily adapt to the games assisted with his nerves when he initially started.

OR MASH, who came to the United States on a one way ticket to pursue her comedic dreams, also reflected on performing in front of a live audience.

“I think it’s the ultimate test of faith. The ultimate test of self-belief,”

    she said.

“You [have] to go out there and just kill it, so it really brings out the best of you. Most of the times, you don’t know… For me, english is not even my first language so I’m like ‘Oh my God.’ But what I did learn is when I have faith in God and when I have fun it works out,”

    the comedian continued.

Despite having to adapt to a new environment, both comedians say it’s a dream to be apart of the Wild ‘N Out family. They both reflected on watching the show as youngsters labeling the experience a full circle moment. OR MASH came to America on a one way ticket to pursue her dreams and wants her story to serve as an example and testimony for individuals to pursue their dream.

“I’ve watched Wild ‘N Out when I was young and I’ve never thought that I’d be able to be on the show, in America, making the Americans laugh. I came here with a one way ticket. I feel like Wild ‘N Out, it really shows everybody, and even my story can show everybody how if you just stick to it, and you nourish your talent, and you do what you can, you can do it,”

    said OR MASH.

    Working With Nick Cannon

As far as working with the man himself, Nick Cannon, both cast members are honored to share the stage with the creator and host of the show. OR MASH said that Cannon has led by example and his hard work and support for the cast is a testament to that.

“Nick is inspiring, and he really is the type of person that is leading by example, I’ve never seen somebody work this hard, and motivates, and support all of the people around him,”

    said OR MASH.

While C. King agreed with his cast mate’s thoughts adding that the Cannon is a man of his word.

    He said,

“I appreciate that he is a man of his word, Nick said ‘[we’re] going to do [this]” and it happened.
