Right after making a grand entrance at the Atlanta Falcons’ celebration, TI had an altercation with his son, King. What fans did not expect was for it to become a physical episode. Still, the rapper somehow rained support for his 19-year-old.
TI’s Atlanta Falcons Game Performance
TI rang in with support for the Atlanta Falcons during the team’s 50th anniversary of hip-hop celebration. The rapper put on a breathtaking show with one of his classics. For the performance, TI donned a white beanie angled specifically for his dreadlocks to show. He also dressed in the team’s number 34 inscribed jersey, white sleeve shirt, and matching colored bottom.
The atmosphere was dimly lit — foggy, and red beams flashed; however, some players were seen in the background.
The Altercation Between Father and Son — TI and King
TI had his cheerleaders and family close by, and following the Falcon Games performance, he went to his suite. What should have been a peaceful rest turned out to be a fight between TI and King.
According to TMZ, initially, the pair kicked things off by playing lightly and throwing jabs at each other. However, things escalated rather quickly. Fans could hear King who was live on Instagram. The young adult narrowed his story to the hardships he faced as a child. King mentioned living with roaches and bugs. But this did not attract any sympathy from TI or Tiny as they denied his claims. Instead, his parents talked about how childish he acted by running off to granny’s to suck on a pacifier.
This did not go down with King, who began screaming his lungs out, and TI did not have any of it, which led to the fight. The rapper clamped down on his son while issuing a warning and explaining that the situation was embarrassing.
Eventually, King begged to be released, and his dad accepted. But TI already proved a point — alerting his son that he called the shot.
TI Believes It Is Family Over Everything
No matter how bad the altercation between TI, King, or any family member gets, the rapper is committed to his own. In the episode that has left some fans berating King, the doting father has since come to the rescue.
He maintained that his family shares a close bond irrespective of what the internet says. In his post shared by its_onsite on Instagram, he added, “Ima RIDE to da heavens of da depths of HELL bout my Jr. & ain’t nothing gon change that.”
In the same post, the father and son could be seen exchanging a pleasant conversation about King’s crystal white teeth.
