A deputy from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department happened to be in the right place at the right time on Saturday when he walked into a robbery in progress at a 7-Eleven store in Carson, per NBC News.
The incident unfolded when four men stormed into the convenience store on Avalon Boulevard. Surveillance footage captured three of the men jumping over the counter in an attempt to access the cash register.
Fortunately, moments later, a sheriff’s deputy entered the store with some much-needed backup. The arrested individuals were found to be connected to a previous robbery at a 7-Eleven in Compton, although their names were not disclosed by law enforcement.
Thankfully, no injuries were reported in relation to the robbery in Carson.
