Kanye West’s beach house in Malibu has been given to a celeb realtor. The rapper, who no longer lives in the property following a fire incident hopes to sell it for $53 million.

Kanye West Beach House In Malibu In Flames

TMZ reported that Kanye purchased the property a few years ago for $57 million. But recently, he believed it was due for a refurbish. Before putting it out on the market, he teamed up with Tadao Ando, a renowned architect, for some remodeling.

Interestingly, the plan was to make the 4000 square estate to his taste and not to sell it. However, the renovation upset the entire building, leading to a fire outbreak.

Amid the loss, a lawsuit was filed against Kanye by a former project manager. According to court documents, the duo had friction in their relationship while working together. Kanye had struggled to accept that taking out some plumbing, HVAC, and electrical would be detrimental.

Kanye West’s Celeb Realtor Jason Oppenheim Gives Reason Why The Malibu Beach Home Is a Great Buy

Amid the fire-induced damage to some of the windows and electricity in the house, the Selling Sunset star, Jason Oppenheim, is up with his convincing game.

He told TMZ:

“The interior finishes have been removed, and this creates an unbelievably rare opportunity to buy a Picasso on the water with the ability to restore it to your own specific standards, with modern technology and excellence.”

Maybe Jason is simply doing his job, but he is great at it. The celeb realtor handling the sale of the estate says it will go for $53 million. However, whoever takes up the offer will still have to remodel it. But Kanye West’s Malibu beach home location is an estate many would love to own.
