Kodak Black’s run-in with the law appears to be a recurring theme as he gets arrested again for cocaine possession. The rapper was taken into custody after the authorities found him with illicit content.

Kodak Black Arrested for Cocaine Possession

WSVN 7News reports that Kodak Black, born Bill Kapri, was arrested on December 6. Law enforcement discovered he had cocaine in his possession. Court documents posit that Kodak Black tried to tamper with the evidence following the discovery. For now, much of the details surrounding his arrest in Plantation, Florida, is concealed. However, he is set to be present in court on December 7 for the judge’s ruling.

This Won’t Be Black’s First Drug Case

This is not the first time that Kodak Black will be arrested over cocaine possession. Recall that just last year, he was in Police custody following a Florida arrest. Following a stop and search of his vehicle by a Florida Highway Patrol, the cops maintained that he had violated the tinted window law. But that proved to be the least of their worries as they soon found out that the rapper had pills in his vehicle.

According to sources, allegedly, he had in his possession 31 tablets of oxycodone and about $75,000 in cash. This got him two charges, including possession of a controlled substance and oxycodone trafficking.
However, Kodak Black’s drug arrest did not last long. After fulfilling the conditions of his bail set at $75,000, he was set free.

Amid the charges levied against him, his lawyers had their defence. From Kodak Black’s team, they told the judge that the police misnamed the pills in his possession. What they called oxycodone was actually Tylenol. On top of that, they want the case dismissed.
