An Ohio man was arrested for allegedly beating up his father’s girlfriend and setting her on fire, reports the NY Post

The suspect, Robbi Robinson, Jr. reportedly attacked his father’s girlfriend at their Ohio house, Thursday just before dousing her with gasoline and throwing a flame at her. Neighbors who heard the commotion alerted the police.

Police bodycam footage captured the moments police arrived at the residence finding the woman outside in the grass.

“I can’t breathe! My inhaler’s in the house … I can’t breathe, he knocked my teeth out,”

the 50-year-old woman can be heard anguishedly pleading. The woman, who is dating Robinson’s father, reportedly jumped from the second-floor window to try to escape the young man. The woman had to be airlifted to the hospital. She suffered

“second-degree burns covering half her body and was placed into a coma,”

reports reveal.

Robinson, 23, was also captured on bodycam footage seemingly alarmed by the entire ordeal.

“I don’t know what happened. It just went off,”

said Robinson, who was seen wearing a winter jacket although temperatures reached 80 degrees that day, according to the outlet. Police placed Robinson in custody.

He is charged with aggravated arson and felonious assault. It is still unclear what Robinson’s motives for the heinous attack were.
