In a recent interview, popular rapper NBA YoungBoy revealed the toll that being under house arrest has taken on his mental health.

The Louisiana artist, known for his peculiar style and raw lyrics, has been confined to his residence due to his legal troubles.

Being under house arrest, cut off from the outside world, has significantly affected NBA YoungBoy’s mental well-being. The rapper expressed feelings of being isolated and disconnected.

The absence of social interaction and limited freedom have taken a toll on his mental state, intensifying existing mental health concerns according to XXL Mag’s sources and YoungBoy’s lawyer, James P. Manasseh

“ YB “being confined to his home and unable to complete his employment obligations has led to great anxiety, depression, loss of weight, and sleep.

[NBA YoungBoy] has been visibly stressed and has expressed concern and loss of hope that he will be able to return to his contracted employment obligation.”

NBA YoungBoy’s current circumstances impact on his mental health serve as a reminder that celebrities, like anyone else, are susceptible to the challenges posed by isolation and confinement.

His honesty about seeking support and prioritizing his well-being is a significant step towards normalizing discussions around mental health in the entertainment industry.

By sharing his experiences, NBA YoungBoy hopes to inspire others to prioritize their mental well-being and seek help when needed.
