New Action-Comedy Film “Freelance” Stars John Cena

Years after retiring from the Army, former Special Forces operator Mason Pettits takes a job providing security for journalist Claire Wellington as she interviews Juan Venegas, president of Paldonia. When a military coup breaks out in the middle of the interview, the three are forced to escape into the jungle together.

When the military coup broke out just as Claire is about to get the scoop of a lifetime, the unlikely trio must figure out how to survive the jungle and each other to make it out alive.

Ex-special forces operative Mason Pettits (John Cena), Journalist Claire Wellington (Alison Brie), Dictator Juan Venegas (Juan Pablo Raba).

The action-packed comedy film Freelance, helmed by French film director Pierre Morel, famous for films like Taken and The Gunman, is set to release this month. After facing some delays, the premiere date for the film is set for October 27.
