After Witherspoon previously announced the new season during the Golden Globes pre-show, HBO’s Bloys confirmed the possibility of the show’s return. Bloys also mentioned that Kidman and Witherspoon have been in communication with Moriarty, the author of “Big Little Lies,” regarding the upcoming second season of the David E. Kelley film.
Additionally, Kidman’s involvement in “Expats,” a six-part limited series for Amazon Prime Video, was mentioned. She will serve as both an actor and producer in the show, which is directed by Lulu Wang and is set to premiere on January 26.
