Raising Kanan Season 3 Episode 5 Synopsis: Not My Brother Keeper

Raising Kanan

The confrontation between Unique and Ronnie (Played Masterfully by Gratham Coleman) reaches a crescendo of violence that has been bubbling since the beginning of the season showing the ruthless sides of both characters.

Ronnie’s underhanded tactics, which included a sneaky attack from behind on Unique (Joey Bada$$) underscore the darker aspect of his nature while viewers resonated with this particular episode.
The death of Unique adds a somber note because all he was trying to do was establish himself again after losing his territories and business to Raquel (Patina Miller).

Niq’s demise occurring prematurely adds layers of complexity to the narrative in the story leaving fans and Audiences speculating about the broader implication for the storyline and justice whether it be formal or street justice for Ronnie for backstabbing his brother who was trying so hard to establish what the family had lost.
