Squid Game: Squid Game is a 2021 South Korean survival drama. The film was written based on observations of capitalism and economic class struggles within South Korea. It was released on September 17, 2021, and received praise from critics, gaining international attention and becoming the most-watched series on Netflix.

Squid Game: The Challenge is an upcoming reality competition television series supposedly based on the Korean Survival Drama. The scene is set in the United Kingdom (UK).

Set to be released internationally on Netflix on November 22, 2023.

Squid Game previously received many recognitions, with its actors reaching great heights and receiving groundbreaking awards. It bagged 14 nominations for the Primetime Emmy Awards, including a notable nomination for Outstanding Drama Series. This made it the first-ever non-English film to be nominated in that category.

Squid Game: The Challenge involves four hundred and fifty-six players competing to win the grand prize of $4.56 million, which would make it the single largest cash prize in the history of reality television and game shows, surpassing the previous record of $2,600,000.

The players have to go through a series of games, and each player is pushed to their very limits, left with no other options but to ask themselves how far they’ll go to win and what they would be willing to do to keep going for the win.
