Woman Purposely Wears Hideous Wigs At Work Following Employer’s Ban On Her Pink Hair, Says ‘The Worst The Better’

A Georgia woman is facing a hair dilemma at her new job. After being hired for a front-of-the-house position in the hospitality industry, Emily Benschoter, 29, was informed about the company’s dress code. This came as a surprise to her, as she had already been hired after a phone interview. When she inquired about the acceptability of her pink hair, the employer suggested she wear wigs as an alternative.

In an act of rebellion, Emily now deliberately wears awful wigs to work as a form of

    “malicious compliance,”

she wrote in a TikTok post.

“Dying my hair for a job I work at for 40 hours per week wasn’t an option,”

    Benschoter, told Newsweek.

“I am a self-expressive person and I feel very confident with pink hair, so I came up with a solution to keep the job and my hair.”

The TikToker has showcased her creativity by choosing wigs that are embarrassing, alarming, and inexpensive. She has gone to great lengths to find the most outrageous options. Her followers have even joined in on the fun by purchasing wigs for her from her Amazon Wishlist.

“It’s dehumanizing that I can’t be accepted at face value because my hair is a non-traditional color. It’s so superficial that my hair color is an obstacle,”

    she told Newsweek.

“I prefer my pink hair, it’s me to my core. So now I purposely pick wacky wigs which is quite funny,”

    she continued.

“The worst the wig, the better.”

In a recent video, Benschoter is seen sporting a disheveled brown and blonde wig with bangs, and shoulder-length wavy hair that curls up and extends several inches from her head. Another wild choice includes a long, curly brown hairpiece with an impressively long beard reaching her chest.

“When you have pink hair, but corporate does not approve, so you wear terrible wigs,”

    she wrote on TikTok.

“I serve malicious compliance by wearing terrible wigs.”

“It is a way to open up the conversation with the customers who think it is insane that I have to cover my pink hair,”

    she told Newsweek.

  • Indiana Police Officer Slapped With $35 Fine After Fatally Striking Pedestrian In Fifth On-Duty Collision, Victims Family Outraged

Indiana Police Officer Slapped With $35 Fine After Fatally Striking Pedestrian In Fifth On-Duty Collision, Victims Family Outraged

An Indiana police officer has received a $35 ticket after his police car struck and killed a local attorney, according to Insider. Fort Wayne Police Sergeant Joshua Hartup collided with Henry Najdeski at the intersection of Calhoun Street and Main Street on April 19, resulting in Najdeski’s passing three days later.

This incident marks the fifth on-duty crash in Hartup’s career. The Journal Gazette reported that Hannah Reid, Najdeski’s niece, expressed her dissatisfaction in a TikTok video, stating that she has paid higher fines for parking violations in the area compared to the penalty imposed on Hartup for her uncle’s tragic death.

“This man didn’t even lose his license,”

    Reid says in the video.

“He gets to just go back out into the world and do this to some other family. He hasn’t even apologized… How does my family seek justice from this?”

    Reid added.

“How does anything get better? This system is so fucking broken, and I’m tired of it.”

On August 8, Allen County Prosecutor Mike McAlexander announced that no criminal liability was found on Hartup’s part in relation to Najdseki’s death. Toxicology reports showed no drugs in Hartup’s system, and security footage confirmed he was not speeding when the accident occurred. Criminal charges were not pursued due to Indiana’s lack of a negligent homicide law. Instead, a civil infraction was filed against Hartup for failure to yield to a pedestrian.

The vehicle Hartup was driving had no police equipment or in-car camera at the time of the incident, as reported by the Journal Gazette. It is unclear if Hartup has faced any disciplinary action for the crash. Insider contacted the Fort Wayne Police Department for comment, but no response has been received.

  • Sex Therapist Reveals She Engages In Intimate Relationships With Clients To Repair Troubled Marriages

Sex Therapist Reveals She Engages In Intimate Relationships With Clients To Repair Troubled Marriages

Olivia Bentley, a sex therapist, adopts a hands-on approach by engaging in intimate relationships with her clients, claiming to have positively impacted marriages and transformed lives, per The Post

“I get physically involved with the majority of the people I see, I think that’s part of the appeal,”

    the

    “veteran”

sex worker told Kennedy News. With 15 years of experience in the industry, Bentley revealed that women have approached her to demonstrate

    “demo sex acts”

on their husbands, while certain wives give their partners a

    “hall pass”

    to seek Bentley’s services.

“Some ladies say, ‘I don’t always want to be involved in this but I want to know who you are, I want to approve of you and I’m going to let him come and see you,’”

the 46-year-old sex educator, who makes $500,000 annually for her services, stated. When she’s not in the bedroom, Bentley, who has a client load of up to 10 per week, provides emotional support to her customers and offers advice on how to maintain a satisfying sex life.

“People are usually nervous so I have to do my job at making them feel very comfortable and easing them into it, I’m kind of like the guide,”

noting that she wants the women to

    “feel very confident and comfortable,”

    she told the outlet.

“I’m very affectionate physically and emotionally towards the wife always. If she’s feeling very good, then the mood is elevated and we have a really good time and the husband is very grateful for the experience.”

Although Bentley may not possess formal

    “counseling qualifications,”

she holds a master’s degree in education and gained knowledge about intimate techniques during her employment at Nevada’s Moonlite BunnyRanch, a licensed brothel. As a self-proclaimed sex therapist, she criticizes women who deny their partners’ sexual needs, deeming it unfair.

“I know there are a lot of sexless relationships out there and there are a lot of unhappy men,”

    she said.

Bentley claims that her male clients have expressed that their sex lives have gone,

    “out the door,”

after a few years of marriage.

“It’s not an option to get married to a man and then turn around and say, ‘Oh, sorry, I’m not into sex anymore, too bad for you,’”

    she said.

Additionally, Bentley advises her clients to keep it

    “spicy”

outside of the bedroom by maintaining a fit physique which contributes to a fiery sex life. She believes that physical fitness has the potential to enhance libido.

“The more athletic you are, the more sex you want to have — you feel more confident and aroused,”

explained Bentley, a fitness enthusiast herself.

“Couples who have sessions with me are the coolest in the world because they understand the importance of sexuality in their relationship as a part of maintaining a healthy marriage,”

Bentley said applauding her clients for their

    “bravery”

in establishing a healthy sex life.

  • Australian Police Officers Accused of Falsely Claiming Non-Binary Identity For Increased Clothing Allowance

Australian Police Officers Accused of Falsely Claiming Non-Binary Identity For Increased Clothing Allowance

Australian police officers are being accused of pretending to be non-binary to receive a higher clothing allowance, per The Post

The Herald Sun reports that the Victoria Police has interviewed at least 17 officers as part of their investigation into this scheme. Female officers in Victoria receive a $1,300 higher clothing allowance than male officers.

Investigators suspect that male officers are exploiting a loophole by identifying as non-binary or gender neutral to receive the same stipend. The investigation aims to uncover the truth and take appropriate action if wrongdoing is found.

“Conduct of this sort, if validated, is not acceptable and falls far short of the standards I expect from Victoria Police members and the standards of behavior outlined in our code of conduct and Victoria Police values,”

Chief Commissioner Shane Patton wrote to Victoria Police employees after the allegations first broke.

The alleged scheme to falsely identify as non-binary for a higher clothing allowance spread rapidly, with one employee per day joining the crusade. By June, over 130 employees claimed non-binary status, up from 32 the previous year.

A search warrant was executed in July during the investigation. The department introduced gender self-identification three years ago to promote inclusivity, but now officials are considering requiring legal declarations to prevent further abuse. The number of officers involved and potential consequences remain uncertain.

  • Texas Mother Fatally Shoots Daughter’s Abusive Boyfriend After He Allegedly Dared Her, Saying, ‘Just Go Ahead and Shoot Me!’

Texas Mother Fatally Shoots Daughter’s Abusive Boyfriend After He Allegedly Dared Her, Saying, ‘Just Go Ahead and Shoot Me!’

A mother from Texas has been taken into custody after allegedly shooting her daughter’s abusive boyfriend during a heated altercation in which he reportedly shouted,

    “Just shoot me,”

    reports the NY Post

Patricia Conlon, aged 49, visited the Dallas home of Joshua Troutte on Sunday after her daughter revealed that she was ending their nearly two-year-long abusive relationship due to his continued violent behavior.

According to law enforcement documents cited by Fox 4, Troutte’s roommate told police that he witnessed Conlon entering the residence armed and initiating an argument, during which Troutte yelled the aforementioned phrase. The roommate further stated that he heard multiple gunshots, eventually finding Troutte deceased in the bathroom.

When questioned by the police, Conlon claimed that her original intention was to hold Troutte at gunpoint until the authorities arrived to apprehend him for hitting her daughter above the eye with a phone. However, she admitted to the fatal shooting, insisting that she acted in self-defense after Troutte physically restrained her by grabbing her arm and pulling her hair, she told police.

The police, however, disputed Conlon’s claim of self-defense. They pointed out that she had tried to hold Troutte at gunpoint and regarded her use of deadly force as

    “unreasonable,”

according to the affidavit. Conlon was immediately arrested and charged with murder.

According to local reports, Troutte had an extensive criminal background, including a prior guilty plea for assault and family violence in 2018.

  • Professor With Clown Fetish Asked To Paint Female Students’ Faces In Exchange For Cash Or Extra Credit

Professor With Clown Fetish Asked To Paint Female Students’ Faces In Exchange For Cash Or Extra Credit

A college geography professor, Joseph Tokosh, resigned from Nicholls University in Louisiana after being exposed for asking female students to paint their faces, per the NY Post

The bizarre behavior was revealed by the student newspaper in March, prompting his immediate resignation. Before the report, Tokosh had openly shared his interest in face painting and clowning on social media.

“I have a facepaint fetish and convince the cute girls in my classes to let me paint their faces,”

    he stated on Reddit.

Tokosh openly engaged in discussions about his fetish on various online platforms, including Facebook groups and YouTube videos. The newspaper discovered that he even shared pictures of women in white face paint on Reddit. This raised concerns about university background checks and his previously reported interactions with campus police and student complaints.

He even offered money to students who allowed him to paint their faces.

“If anyone is looking for some extra cash, I am looking for people to practice facepainting on!”

    he wrote.

    “I will literally pay you!”

Sophie Levan, who was an 18-year-old student at Kent State at the time, had her first encounter with Tokosh in 2017. He was a 28-year-old graduate student and employee at the college. Tokosh allegedly offered to pick her up from her dorm to paint her face in the geography department building. When she declined, Tokosh became aggressive. Levan filed a police report in January 2018.

According to USA Today, Tokosh left Kent State after he pleaded no contest to unlawfully entering his fellow students’ offices and stealing a USB drive.

On March 27, the student newspaper ran a story titled

“Geography professor suspended amid sexual harassment allegations.”

Campus TV reporters confronted Tokosh, who claimed that the face painting was necessary for his geography class to enhance cultural understanding.

“That’s an assignment in one of my classes where they actually come up with their own face paint and makeup design inspired by a culture and they implement it,”

    he said.

Tokosh resigned on the same day, although he had been dismissed by the university in February for undisclosed reasons. No criminal charges have been filed against him regarding the face painting.

  • California School District Faces Lawsuit Over Policy Requiring Parental Notification For Student Gender Identity Or Pronoun Changes

California School District Faces Lawsuit Over Policy Requiring Parental Notification For Student Gender Identity Or Pronoun Changes

California‘s Attorney General, Rob Bonta, has filed a lawsuit against the Chino Valley Unified School District over a controversial policy that requires teachers to notify parents if their child changes their identity or pronouns, reports the Daily Mail

    Bonta claims that this

    “parental notification”

policy is discriminatory and violates civil rights and privacy laws. The lawsuit argues that the policy puts transgender and gender-nonconforming students in

“danger of ‘imminent, irreparable harm,’ by risking they’ll be outed in their household ‘before they’re ready.”

The policy was discussed during a public meeting in July, where more than 80 community members, including students, teachers, parents, mental health professionals, and advocates, voiced their concerns and opposition. They argued that the policy would endanger transgender and gender nonconforming students, with some stating that it would threaten their safety and sense of belonging. Letters written by LGBTQ+ students highlighted the potential consequences of forced disclosure, including abuse, hate crimes, and even murder.

The lawsuit seeks to discontinue the enforcement of the policy. Bonta also believes other Southern California districts with similar policies will be affected by the litigation. Bonta emphasized that the policy infringes on students’ rights.

    “It tramples on students’ rights,”

    he told ABC 7 News.

Under the policy, Chino Valley schools must inform parents in writing within three days if a student requests to be identified or treated as a gender different from what is recorded on official documents. Parents will also be notified if students participate in sex-segregated activities or use bathroom facilities that don’t align with their listed gender. The lawsuit is now in the hands of the San Bernardino County Superior Court, which will determine whether the practice should be immediately banned.

TV Crew From Univision Chicago Robbed At Gunpoint While Covering Increase In Robberies, Reports Say

A TV crew from Univision Chicago fell victim to an armed robbery while reporting on a rise in robberies in the West Town neighborhood, according to Insider

The crew, consisting of a 28-year-old man and a 42-year-old man, was outside gathering footage for the morning newscast when they were approached by a black SUV and a gray sedan at around 4:53 a.m. Three individuals wearing ski masks and armed with firearms emerged from the vehicles and robbed the crew of their belongings before fleeing the scene.

The stolen items included a news camera and two bags containing equipment and personal items. Thankfully, no injuries were reported.

The names of the crew members have been withheld for privacy reasons. Luis Godinez, vice president of news at Univision Chicago, expressed gratitude that the crew was safe. The stolen footage, unfortunately, prevented the crew’s intended story on the increase in local robberies from airing, but the incident was mentioned during the station’s 5 p.m. news segment.

“We don’t want to make the story about us because there were other robberies that occurred within that same period,”

    Godinez told the Tribune.

The ongoing feud between Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann has once again flared up. According to recently police documents obtained by OK Magazine, Zolciak called 911 after Biermann locked her out of their Georgia mansion. This incident occurred the day after Biermann filed for divorce for the second time this year.

The documents reveal that Zolciak made the call around 11:50 p.m. on Friday, August 25, reporting a

    “domestic disturbance”

at her home. The police report states that Zolciak claimed her husband had locked her out and that they were arguing. She also alleged that Biermann had threatened her.

Kentucky Teens Face Charges For TikTok Bomb Threat Trend, Police Say

Four teenagers in Kentucky are now facing charges of terrorism and harassment after making bomb threats towards their teachers as part of a disturbing trend on TikTok, reports the NY Post

Since the start of the new school year, there have been four separate bomb threats at three high schools in Oldham County. It has been confirmed that at least three of these incidents were linked to social media.

“The challenge encouraged students to record a video of themselves telling a teacher there was a bomb or gun in their backpack,”

Oldham County police said in a statement.

The students, all 15 years old, have been suspended and must undergo a mental health screening before returning to school. District officials are urging parents to educate their children about the serious consequences of making such dangerous threats.

“Whether written or spoken, all threats are taken seriously and students need to know the repercussions of these actions, both short and long term. Even if they are not credible threats, they can cause a great deal of stress or anxiety for our students, families, and staff,”

the district wrote in a message to parents.
