It has been years since The Game was accused of sexual assault, but his accuser, Priscilla Rainey, has refused to let go. Despite receiving $500,000, she wants to collect over $6 million as ordered by a court in 2016. Now she is looking at his other companies.

The Game Sexual Assault Case And Its Ending

In 2016, Priscilla Rainey blamed the rapper and reality TV show creator for acting inappropriately. She filed a sexual assault lawsuit citing her days as a competitor on his “She’s Got Game” show. According to the court documents, The Game forced his hands on her body, caressing her top and bottom. At the time, she confessed that he was intoxicated with drugs and alcohol.

This was met with denial from the rapper. However, the court found her story credible enough. The judgment saw that The Game was fined about $7 million.

Priscilla Rainey Wants To Seize The Game’s Shell Companies

Sources from Radar Online show that the woman who forwarded a sexual assault against The Game is back. Priscilla Rainey’s lawsuit is against the rapper, his manager, Cash Jones, and their business in recent years.

Rainey claimed the duo had secured only $500,000 from the rapper thus far. In 2021, she went up against him again, seeking to confiscate his proceeds from businesses.

The accuser slammed a lawsuit on the rapper and his companies. This included JTT Holdings, Pass Go 2 Win LLC, F12 & Associates, and 5th Amendment Entertainment.

More recently, Rainey asked the judge to permit her to have a share from these companies. She maintained that The Game merely uses these different firms to mask the rest of her money. Rainey believes the rapper and his manager, Cash Jones, conspired to transfer assets between each other.

A page in her court document read:

“Jones and [The Game] conspired together to transfer and conceal [The Game’s] assets by transferring them among themselves and shell companies under their control. No one need guess about [The Game’s] and Jones’ intent to not pay the Judgment owed by [The Game] to Rainey, as they have made it abundantly clear in various social media posts that they never intend to pay a dime to Rainey on her judgment.”

The asset transfer is not the only problem, but Rainey says it is a fraud. According to her, the rapper transferred his JTT Holdings to Jones. The property is worth over $2million, but it was used to settle a $200k debt The Game owed Jones.
