With the couple going public about their relationship in 2021 after meeting on the set of the 2016 action-comedy, 27-year-old Tom Holland recently acknowledged revisiting his films including Spider-Man: Homecoming, which he watches with the 27-year-old Golden Globe winner Zendaya.
During an interview with Extra’s Melvin Robert, he highlighted that he and Zendaya still watch “SpiderMan 1”, and think back to the days of being 19 and filming those movies over again.
“I love those movies and I savor those moments. So I don’t watch them as frequently as I would like because they hold such a special place in my heart. It’s like a precious gift to be able to sit down and relive our youth” he says.
Holland showed gratitude by saying that the job built him into the man that he is today.
The actor revealed that he also goes back to watch his work because he believes that he is his best critic. He continues by saying he sometimes realizes that he could have done more when he sees something he’s done. But once it’s out there, he just lets it be.
Moreover, Holland revealed that Zendaya has proved a big fan of his Apple TV+ miniseries The Crowded Room, watching it far more than he ever expected. He also noted the honesty and support of Zendaya, including her feedback on his acting is what he treasures so much.
