Among hundreds of Madonna’s fans who attended her Brooklyn concert in December, two men are refusing to forgive her late start. For now, they are seeking an unknown amount for damages.

Madonna Sued Following Her Late Appearance at the Brooklyn Concerts

Madonna was scheduled to appear at 8:30 pm for her Brooklyn concerts but came in at 10:30 pm to perform. This did not go down well with two fans, Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden, who attended the events. The men took legal action against the singer and Live Nation — the body in charge of the concert.

TMZ reported that their lawsuit cited “wanton exercise in false advertising, negligent misrepresentation, and unfair and deceptive trade practices.”

According to the duo, Madonna did not attend any of her scheduled Brooklyn concerts that ran for three days on time. The prosecutors explained via filing that the singer has never been one to respect punctuality.

Even though they watched her perform, the suers say their costly tickets were wasted. Michael paid $155.90, while Jonathan paid $292.50.

At the same time, they commented on the concerts being postponed. It was reported that the pop star moved her performance from July to December 2023 owing to a health challenge. Yet, the complainants have failed to see why the celebrity would keep people waiting for two hours.

Madonna has remained mute on the issue, but as it stands, the plaintiffs might not get an apology even after suing her for the lateness to the Brooklyn concerts. In 2019, the singer landed into legal drama over her failed promptness. A Florida fan sued the singer for breach of contract following her Madame X tour, but the case was dismissed willingly.
