Before now, the 23-year-old rapper paired with Selena Gomez. Rema’s Calm Down remix song witnessed a fast-track recognition. It topped the Billboard charts and the Hot 100 in the country. Additionally, the music was recognized at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards.

The pair share similar descent. Despite her birthplace being Bronx, Ice Spice was born to a Nigerian father.
