Wiz Khalifa is always ready to show up for his son during parent-teacher conferences, but he may just turn up high. The rapper might be a hands-on parent, but he claimed that he won’t subject himself to society’s standards.

Wiz Khalifa Reveals Getting High for Son’s Parent-Teacher Conference

When it comes to attending parent-teacher conferences, Wiz Khalifa says he sets his own rules. During his time on the Call Her Daddy podcast, the Young, Wild & Free crooner claimed that he already made a reputation for himself.

According to his explanation, as mentioned on Page Six, no teacher would expect to see him in a normal state. He shared;

“Hell yeah. I’m pulling up stoned. They expect it. They know what’s up. It’s not like back in the day [where] you’re considered a bad parent if you smoke weed.”

Wiz Khalifa maintained that he would prefer they connect with his true self, which is revealed when he is high. He added that society might expect a made-up parent, but he won’t budge.

In his words:

“They’re not going to get a fake version of me or this made-up parent that society makes you think that you’re supposed to be. I am who I am, and it’s not because I’m a celebrity or anything.”

Once Wiz Khalifa veered off speaking his truth on getting high before his son’s school-organized conferences, he joked about his son smelling like weed. Although the rapper won’t give up his smoking habits, it has never been reported that his habits have influenced his parenting style. He co-parents his son with Amber Rose.
